Nem is a good teacher and good videos but he indicated he will not be sending ANYMORE ALERTS instead he will only be doing "Challenges".
Getting alerts are the VERY reason many of us paid for his service. Along with mentoring, Alerts were being provided with charts, possible setups and explanations of possible moves, etc.
It was an Excellent structure
Then he shifted from Alerts you got in your INBOX on a regular basis to Challenges.
Most of us understand that there is not always a setup that is forming, hence no alert can be sent.
I emailed him just to make sure that he had not forgot about me or failed to include my email address when he did his mass mailing to his students.
Whenever you have a regular dialog with someone online that you have paid money to and then everything GOES SILENT, that is a very uncomfortable feeling.
The last Challenge was his $25,000 in 2018
He was suppose to start his $14,000 Challenge Feb 1st, 2019. He asked if I wanted to wait till Feb of 2019 which I agreed to.
I emailed him as Feb 2019 approached to let him know I still wanted to be included. I have not heard back from him- it is March 8th today
The response time to Life Time members is unacceptable in terms of Good Customer Services
No organization should take weeks and months to get back with you. It creates unhappy PAYING CUSTOMERS.
If he ran thing in the manner it was when many of us purchased the program it would be great, but I understand this is HIS business, but we are STILL his customers
It makes a consumer feel that have been had with a "Bait and Switch", rightly or wrong that will be how people feel
I will email him again today to see if I can get access as a LifeTime member to his Website
And let you know in a few weeks if I hear back
