I ordered 100 poly sleeve signs that proceeded to blow away in less than 4 weeks. When I called, she said they were telling people to staple or tape them. I explained that would have been good information before they blew away. I filed a complaint with PayPal. They got the seller to agree to return my money if I returned all the signs. I tried to explain many had already blown away. So now I'm out $340 and many of my signs have blown away. I replaced at least 20 myself. What a waste of money. When I called sign rockets they were extremely rude.

Dee of Sign Rocket is the best! The Miracle Mile Residential Association in Los Angeles has utilized Sign Rocket's lawn signs (usual quantity is 125 each year) for our last seven annual meetings and they have always been correctly prepared and are always delivered on time. We are so pleased that we don't even bother to look at other possible sites of supply anymore. Their choices of color are very varied and we have used a different one almost every year and they've all been great!

I ordered 100 road signs from SignRocket (SR), but the colors were not what my proof indicated. As I see it, there are 3 facets to sign printing; content, materials and colors. I included the hex colors to make sure the colors were as I wished. It made no difference. "Bud" stated the they had previous customers unhappy with the colors (in other words, they are well aware they are not printing the colors customers indicate) but insisted I was out of line in my expectation that the colors be the same as in the proof. He went to great lengths to bully and deflect any responsibility, insisting it was my error, the maker of their printer (and I should contact them, not SR), the proof, monitor settings, or just anything else they could pull out of the air to deflect and avoid responsibility. It appears they believe the customer is always wrong.

Oh, and by the way, I looked at their "reviews" and it appears they pay for the review service. No surprise that the reviews are high. They are not deserved, however, and are obviously managed and likely written by SR.

Do not trust this company!

There signs are fun and exciting and come rocket fast and exciting I 100% think they are the best sign makers especially Brian Winger.

The lawn signs that I have acquired from Sign Rocket has helped me in my business to gain more customers and sales. Whenever I release a new product in my store, I always order large format printed signs from them. I always place my order online because I am too busy running my store and I do not have the time to go to their store to personally order yard signs. Their yard signs are made from high quality materials so I always order from them. Aside from the high quality materials that I get from them, I also find their yard signs to be cheaper compared to the other ones that I have tried.

I ordered five corrugated plastic political signs from Sign Rocket. Upon delivery, all of the signs had damage, the ink was smudged in obvious places, and the overall quality was just not good.

I contacted my representative from Sign Rocket and informed him of the issue. He first said he doesn't know why or how the ink could be smudged and condescendingly reminded me that digital printing and screen printing are different. I sent him photos of the damage and smudged ink and he then replied that they had been having troubles with their printer. I told him if we couldn't remedy the situation (and suggested an appropriate discount) that I wouldn't be ordering from them again and he replied "sorry you feel that way."

Needless to say, I won't be using Sign Rocket again.
