I have been Signpost client for over the year. What has been outstanding experience working with Curtis my account manager. He made a great difference in appreciation of the signpost possibilities and effective ways of using it. I originally signed up to use the service to add more reviews to my google and yelp sites. Even though software could have done more flexibility, working with Curtis made the greatest positive impact. Thank you.
This company will MISLEAD you. Do NOT fall for it. They try really hard to pursue you in the beginning to lock down their sale and as soon as they lock you down, they DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH, TAKES FOREVER TO GET A SIMPLE RESPONSE BACK, SUPPORT TEAM SUCKS, NOT TO MENTION THE MANAGER WE WERE ASSISNGED TO IS NO HELP EITHER! And all the information they gave us in the beginning was a complete LIE. It sucks because I am the only person answering phone calls in the office right now and needed that extra support that they said they would offer. None of my phone calls were being forwarded to their team. And when I called my account manager, she changed the entire story of how their company works. Tamiko and Jeremy, shame on you. Time is of the essence, so save yours and do NOT hire this company.
We switched to Signposts about a year ago, after trying out another very popular online site to try to enhance our online presence. We have been very pleased that we did. Though we did receive some complaints from our email list that they were getting too many requests (from Signposts), I recently was able to speak with a service rep and we have adjusted both WHO gets the emails, the language IN the emails and the frequency. True, I wish I had been aware of the options earlier, but I'm glad to have them now. AND, we are VERY pleased with the online reviews Signposts has generated for us!
Tip for consumers:
I would urge Signpost clients to TALK to a rep about specific campaigns and functions -- perhaps even on a regular (maybe quarterly ) basis to make sure you are getting the best bang for your buck. I did not do this (didn't know it was a real option--I hate to bother people with what might be stupid questions), and only after a rep reached out to me did I schedule a consultation. Though it is too soon to say that his advice has made a difference, I am more confident moving forward w/Signpost
We thoroughly appreciated the ease of use Signpost offered when interacting with our customers after their services. Invaluable that less than stellar ratings were brought to management's attention before becoming public info! The option to have several review sites available for our customers was also valuable.

We've been with this company for less than two weeks and we've seen our reviews go up so far. We've been wanting a flawless system to help us reach out to our clients after an event is over, asking them to let us know how their experience with us was. So far so good product has so many possibilities to help you grow your business bad part is when the sales people say they will be there anytime you need them but they don't respond to emails like they say they would. But great platform if you know how to use it to your advantage.
The staff seems to have the right answers to most of my digital marketing questions and hurdles. Ive advertised through a dozen or so agencies over the years and Ive always been unhappy with the results. I expressed some of the pitfalls Ive encountered before and unlike many marketing firms, Aliyah from Signpost appeared to have logical approaches to avoiding those same dilemmas. Ive just signed up and started my campaign so well see where it goes.

Signpost cleaned up all our information across the search engine universe. They helped us gain a lot of positive feedback from our customers. If you are proud of your business and you want to attain reviews that you can use in your marketing Signpost is the way to go.
This product takes care of regularly communicating with my clients and getting me good reviews. I would like to see an easier way to send different messages, but they do keep improving it, so I stay with them because they are doing what they said they would!

I can't quite fully give Signpost.com 5 stars... yet. It's not because of their team. They are doing a wonderful job! We have just been a little slow to implement all of the systems fully. I'm sure they will be as successful as promised though!

Signpost has been great at getting reviews, new customer leads and general net presence. However, working with new leads is not intuitive, somewhat cumbersome but
Honestly... rough start... but they definitely made every effort to keep my business and work through some discrepancies. The reviews are coming in with little effort on my part and it's making a big impact to our online presence. It really is simple to use and very effective.

We have substantially increased the feedback we receive from customers. Most of it very positive. For the few negative ones we are able to reach out and correct a situation we would never have known about. The customers love the coupon offers.
Pretty good getting reviews helping to know what customers think, and if they are good request reviews outside of singpost. Only drawback is going through contacts and emailing all of your contacts, some of whom are not customers, other business, etc... That part needs to be reviewed before going live.
The workers are amazing to deal with. Always friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped us drive a lot of new reviews and get our name out there. They have even helped us to get a few new customers as a result of their efforts. So what is the downside? Sometimes they send a bit too much to the customers, which can irritate them and they don't have a way to delete erroneous ratings. We have a guy pretending that he is us and his customers are flocking to Signpost and leaving derogatory remarks on our account! People we never heard of are leaving 1 star ratings! We finally had one guy come forward and explain that this man was claiming to be us. We called Signpost yet we cannot get the 8 or so bad reviews off of our account! No way to delete them! Signpost said, "Don't worry the public wont see them!" However, these bad ratings bring my overall score down. If they continue coming in I will go from a 5 star company to a 1 star! Not good at all. If they could just fix this issue they would get upgraded to a 5 star from me!

Signpost has helped generate review and referrals for my business. Customer service has gotten better and better and the program seems to be improving each year. Very happy with signpost and what it is meant to be for my business.
