Due to my stupidity, the posters I wanted to have printed for my classroom did not have the proper scaling choice selected. I was immediately(I mean IMMEDIATELY) contacted by the shortrunposters staff about my error. They were very helpful in helping me decide the best format to print the posters and are in the process of printing my posters now. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service - - probably the best customer service I have ever received.
Haven't gotten my package. I emailed them to ask if they could contact USPS about the over 1 week delay with my package and was told basically it sucks to be me and I would just have to keep waiting another 2-4 weeks. I understand there are postal delays outside their control, but I also run an online business, and I at least file a report with the post office when a customer asks me to. Received 2 very condescending responses to my email asking them to please help look into the postal delays.

I ordered 20 posters and only received 15 of them in the mail. Also the tube that they came in was dented so a couple of them ripped and were slightly crumbled. When i emailed the company about getting the rest of my posters all they gave me was a 15% off coupon that expired the next day. Please don't use this website to order posters, they also take about 3 weeks to ship instead of 1 week like the shipping tells you. :(
Worst online experience ever. The product I received was much more money than advertised, the product was not sized per my order, only 5 of the 10 posters were usable and those that could be used were the wrong size. When I ask for a resolution to my bad order, I was told I received what I ordered, which I did not. Mike the manager was rude, cold and did not give a damn if I was unhappy.
