Read: shoptkocbd.com (3 ORDERS LAST 1 GOT SCAMMED) - I have placed 3 orders with shoptkocbd.com and 2 was successful the other wasn't recently I ordered a lb of CBD flower and my usps tracking won't track like it use to. They keep changing there payment options from credit cards (normal) now to accepting cashapp or zelle? Like what obviously fraud companies use that as there payment. When I bought 1 lb of CBD flower they marked it as sold out on all of the products I have purchased, Also beware as you right click on a URL they send you in your email after you order it won't be a secure legit website the URL looks fake. They say "click here to track your item" please be careful once you click that they have your credentials. I think the real TKO website is (tkoreserve.com) for thc inquiries contact (*******@tkoreserve.com) but how come on shoptkocbd.com they send your order with that email for CBD products? I have received at least 6 different emails from them multiple of times. I look into this serious and know there using different emails and phone numbers also different names? It's obvious fraudsters do this to prevent getting noticed. There website looks good and will have "positive reviews" in reality it's not. There coupon codes also don't work comes up with a big red error also when you click contact us it doesn't send. They send spam and junk to my folder not directly to my inbox like legitimate companies. Just pure dangerous and unsafe to put your details on this site. If your buying CBD products don't buy from here there good scammers which I clocked onto it and realized I'm being scammed by shoptkocbd.com I wont place another order. I'm getting my money back from my bank. I learnt my lesson to not purchase from them. (They also don't respond to your emails it's basically automatically done when you order from them it's a system generated email not real everything you click on is fake URLs please take action and take them down they don't deserve to be a company there's much better products and safety on legitimate sites. We are incredibly hurt by Mr. McNabb‘s statements in this review and appreciate the opportunity to respond and defend ourselves. As a small family business, our customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Mr. McNabb is a customer who has successfully received three orders from us in the past - all received in a reasonable amount of time for international shipping. On his last order, the package was processed + shipped out the day of his order, and he even emailed us commenting how well the tracking was updating on a consistent basis. Unfortunately when it arrived in customs in California, the tracking information stopped updating as frequently. I continually contacted USPS for more information. After many complaints from Mr. McNabb, we decided to issue Mr. McNabb a refund for his order. Still hoping that his order would arrive, but wanted to be in good faith with our customer. Just in case his order did not show up, at least he would not have lost his money. Refunds through Square take up to 14 days or longer, so even though there is proof of the refund in progress, Mr. McNabb did not officially seen the money go back into his account right away which is why he continually is accusing us of fraud. We have been overly communicative with Mr. McNabb, trying to find a solution to this unfortunate issue. USPS is beginning an investigation into where the package is located, and our hopes are that he will still receive his package, AND still be refunded for his order on top of it. As a small family business we take complaints and customer service service very seriously and are incredibly distraught about how this situation played out. We have many satisfied customers who will acknowledge that our processing and shipping times are as quick as they possibly can be, and that we always try and do right by the customer. We hope this one bad experience can be resolved and it does not reflect poorly on the amount of attention and concern we place on customer issues.
