The Shoe Box

Order a Vince Camuto Peep toe Shoes. Price was awesome but when i got the item, the box was moldy and the shoes doesnt look like new although it wasnt used.the leather has scratch and it's just disappointing. Send them and e-mail for exchange but no response after a week and i decided to give them a call.at first, nobody was picking up the phone.the automated voice was saying that they are close and just call back on their working hourse which is 8-5pm and its only 4pm! So i try again and somebody finally pick up the phone and i tried to explain everything to the lady and she was just cold.and on top of that, i have to pay for the shipping cost if im going to send the shoes back for exchange. This business is very unprofessional. Awful. Dont expect them to be accomodating like typical business. Will never ever ever buy again despite of their low prices of shoes. Like they say, sometimes it's too good to be true.

Worst online shopping experience EVER! I bought a little clutch on November 28th. By DEcember 7th I still had no answer so I decided to send and email, which still hasn't get any answer.

December 8 I call and ask about my order and they say I have to keep waiting, they will send me and email and it should be distpatched by the end of the week.

December 10... still no sign of them, so I call once again. They said the would try to speed up the process on their warehouse.

December 13th... I call them back and they say my order is already processed. I should receive a notification by the end of the day... and the only thing I get is an email saying they no longer have the product! WTF? They couldn't tell me that on the phone?

This place is a SCAM! Worst part. They're still advertising the item so they can have your money for a couple of weeks!

Please don't ever shop wih them, they are rude rude especially "Rachel" customer service manager she is not human, she only knows one word that is "NO". She does't listen. Buyer be aware these people are nasty.
I shop alot online. But never ever with these people again... even if they have the last shoe on the plant.

I ordered yesterday (24 November 2022), and received the order this morning (25 November 2022). The ETA was exceptional, I just couldn't believe that the order is here. A big for a beautiful service. Thank you.
