I ordered an expensive Olivia Reigel Mirror Tray with Swavorski crystals as a gift for my wife. The mirror tray just sits on my wife dresser. We had it for about 18 months and a decorative bead fell of. Not what you would expect when you pay for higher quality. When I reached out to Shop The Addison for support they ignored my emails and finally responded when I texted them that they couldn't help me because it was ordered to long ago and that they recommend gluing it back together. I would have expected them to care about customer satisfaction, but I am very disappointed.

I ordered two items from this site. The first I decided I decided I didn't want once I got it, so I returned it per their instructions. (Note: They make your pay for shipping it back, as well as deducting the shipping to you. Seems cheap, but there you are). I got a return authorization, and confirmation from USPS that it was delivered to them. However, they did not give me my refund, and did not respond to either email or telephone calls asking about it.
The second item was advertised as an 8x10 picture frame. When I got it, it turned out to be a metric size that is slightly smaller than 8x10 (for your metric nerds, 20cm by 25 cm). Great for Europeans, but not useable with an 8x10 item. Under the circumstances, I felt they should be responsible for the shipping. They did not respond to my emails or phone calls.
So—only order from them if you are sure that you want the item, and don't care if it matches the description!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY- THEY SELL USED MERCHANDISE!. Shop the Addison advertised picture frames in their close out sale- the frames were a bundle of 5 at a cost of over 150.00. What they sent me were a deceased person's used, filthy dirty frames And claimed that's how they were advertised. These were not purchased from an estate broker - they were purchased from an online gift shop. One of the frames had shattered glass and all of them were so disgustingly dirty (especially offensive in this time of heightened attention to hygiene) I had to wash my hands after handling them. ShoptheAddison.com misrepresented the merchandise, misled me and are refusing to refund the money. I'm going through my credit card company to get credited but I would say this company committed a fraud and should, at the very least, be censured by the local chamber of commerce and BBB. STAY AWAY! They are an untrustworthy, shady merchant. It looks like they used to operate under one name - shut that down and have opened again under another.
