“Terrible Quality + Non Existent Customer Service”

I recently purchased two of the Tulum cover ups, both of which I had separate issues. One of the coverups shrunk after one wash (cold water + air dry) and can now only be worn as a shirt. The second coverup is tearing on multiple seams because of how thin the fabric is. I reached out to customer service and of course got no response. Glad I spent a total of $150 only to get a single wear out of both coverups. Save yourself the money and shop elsewhere.

I sent two dresses back to return and no one has gotten back to me about my refund. It's been 2 weeks. The fabric is such poor quality and they are very short for a tall person (5'10).

This is my honest review - this brand is nothing but luxe. They're trying to give off this luxe thing with branding and and bull$#*! price points - but their stuff does not measure up to it. I ordered the white set (cropped sweater and shorts). I can't believe I paid so much for this! The drawstring came off the sweater the very first hour I wore it. The most I got was 2 wears and now I wear it as pajamas! I got a similar set from a cheaper brand for a third of the price and it has lasted me so much longer. Save your money, not worth the hype!

I was so excited for the new bathing suit line to launch. I ordered the Phoneix bottom and Arizona top both in size medium. I am slim build, 5'4 and about 130 lbs and a 32 D bra. Well, when the swimsuit arrived I was so eager to try it on! The color was gorgeous and the material seemed great. BUT I looked like a stripper. The top barely covered my boobs. It's advertised as a suit you can "scrunch" to expand the coverage but that didn't give.

Now, it was time to try on the bottoms. I will say they are described as cheeky. And sure, maybe I took a risk because I do have a decent butt. But nothing above the average size. Well, the bottoms were sized for a baby doll! They did not cover a quarter of my butt cheek. I was so disappointed in how skimpy this swimwear line was. Also the sizing is WAY OFF. I would need an XL to wear this and have some decent coverage. Good thing all sizes are sold out and they already announced they are NOT restocking! It's going right for a return and the best is: they do not pay for shipping charges :)) ))

I recently purchased the tulum cover up in black and accidentally ran it through a dry cycle. It completely shrunk and also all the black coloring on the buttons rubbed off so they're all chipped. This shouldn't happen from one dry cycle. Incredibly cheap and poor quality.

I've ordered something from every drop, and while her quality improves a little with every drop, and the service is SO much better since the company began, now that she or her family aren't doing the work. The return system has improved, in the past you had to email them, and hope they would help you. Now the returns are wiser however you do waste on shipping. The designs can be tricky, especially sizing. Honestly Sivan has said she designs the brand with her body and herself in mind. She's very thin with small legs and boobs, so any type of curves, the pieces are not going to fix you right. Even the lounge shorts were terrible! They were baggy but in a terribly oversized way, and everything else runs a little small, but not really just not enough fabric to accommodate any curves. At a 34 D, my breasts spill out of every top. Obviously her style and design is unmatched she has great taste and style and a look of luxury with a "made in China" type of execution. Her quality could be better and hopefully it continues to improve, but for the price point it's not worth it. Normally I like to shop small, but you're better off ordering the styles from the brands she rips off. I will say the swimsuits are getting better however still lack the fabric for a larger chest. Also I have purchased some styles I have already re-sold for poor fit or poor structure. Her bandeau style in the past lacked any structure and would fly off in a second. Swim that doesn't stay on and is just for laying is not practical.

Tip for consumers:
Full refund within a week timeframe however shipping is not covered. If there are inconsistencies or reject pieces, customer service is helpful.
