Got what I ordered, it came quickly and without issue. The Swegway is perfect for my children they love it
Ordered Swegways in Nov 2015... didn't get them till January. Got run around from Zach Chine the whole time. He lied about items being shipped and dates of arrival. When they eventually arrived I had to pay duties. And lights in one weren't working... he asked for video. But when I sought reimbursement from Zach and to send video he appeared to have blocked my emails (which are bouncing back) and calls. Have been unable to reach him since!

He was very helpful when I ordered 2 hoverboard by accident, he was more than helpful and helped make everything right!
Received the 3 swegways on time before Christmas. Out of the box it became apparent that one unit had a faulty foot pad sensor that caused it to spin out of control when dismounting. Contacted Zack and he asked for a video which I supplied. Never heard back but thought, fine it is Christmas. A Week later, a second unit stopped powering down, and the Bluetooth connection stopped working. Again contacted Zack, he asked for a Video, which again I supplied.
After multiple emails, Zack finally responded with a Chinese address to ship the units to, this would have cost $1000+ to accomplish, told him that wasn't acceptable and didn't hear anything back. I Then called VISA, they coached me with an email saying it was his responsibility to arrange shipment. Finally he responded with a Surrey address which I then shipped too on my cost, again hoping for the units to be repaired.
After 3 weeks, Zack finally responded saying I was ineligible for a refund because the units were "Heavily Used" and not in the original box. Again I stressed I was wanting the units repaired, I did not want a refund...
I then got VISA back involved, and its now in their dispute mechanism. I wish I didn't have to do this seeing I have 2 very unhappy kids. These Swegways are extremely fun, and the 3rd child likes to point that out to the 2 other kids all the time..
