I'm so extremely angry about this transaction. I saw an advertisement on IG for a straightener and fell for the scam! If it looks to good True it is! This company advertised as The Sales Guru gives you a coupon code for $5.00 on their legit looking website. Sends you an order confirmation, shipping confirmation a few days after the original order with a tracking #. Then the issue begins. The overseas tracking is invalid, then they send a email stating USPS cannot deliver the package. So after I spend half an hour with the manager at my local post office. Conclusion is the package was never sent and tracking although close to a legit number is fraudulent. Good luck trying to contact the company also, they are always unavailable and DO NOT return emails. Next step trying to file a fraud case with my card company. Please beware!
