Ordered a pair of cigar 6's from them and they were not authentic... paint job was off... the back of the shoe where it says 1991-1998 was dark and couldn't really see it unless u look really close... the diamonds on the ring were circular as to where on the authentic pair they're supposed to be square... when I sent them an email telling them they were fake and what can they do to help they never responded... so be careful people unless your ok with fake Jordan's

I ordered a pair of Bred 4 and Toro 4 from Shopoonaza. I just got them today. They are perfect. Other than a couple days of payment processing it was a cool experience. The shoes are authentic and in perfect condition. Ill shop with them again. Im waitng for the Carmines to drop on shopoonaza.
My wife ordered a pair of Jordan XI Space Jams on the website for my birthday/anniversary. However after receiving the pair, I noticed a lot of flaws on the shoe that garnered a red flag that these were not authentic. After so many times on trying to contact them, I finally received a response from a Shopoonanza rep trying to convince me that the pair is indeed authentic, however after providing pictures of the pair, they admit that there was an issue with the pair and will issue me a new pair and to send back the fake pair. It's been a month and I still have not received the new pair. "Ben" from the site provided me a track# which is not valid. When I receive customer service (after plenty of attempts to contact them), they seem to be all about the customer, but however, the lack of service itself makes me to believe otherwise. I was hoping to start a relationship to extend my Jordan collection with them as the prices are not overboard like other sites, but this lack of attention to the customer is a real turn off, especially after admitting they are in the wrong for sending me a fake pair of Jordans.

Don't know whats eating Gilbert Grape based on his comments below. I think it's sad when people post comments in a "Yelp like " nature, forcing e-sellers to then go and purchase generic positive comments to clean up their rep. Now, I will say, if the previous two sites are owned by same people, my only complaint is shipping time, which is sometimes 8 days, but other than that, no worries. Dude, your making accusations and probably haven't purchased anything from any of the sites you tore into. Well I have (will post pics etc when I get off work and get home)! Your the reason people like me can no longer find e-sellers we consider gems. If your going to do a critique, at least make some purchases and post your evidence, unbiased. I have ordered from 23isback, fightclub etc. all with fairly close to the same results. I don't know if your American, but FYI, THE ECONOMY'S SCREWED BECAUSE ALL THINGS ARE MADE IN CHINA! Under sweat shop conditions at that! With the internet allowing for direct chinks in the traditional chain of customer exploitative distribution and pricing, do you not think 3rd world warehouses sell for wider profits, factory imperfect goods (Burlington), or excess quantity orders that cant be sold due to market saturation? I am a moderate sneaker head, so to you my friend I say this, don't make any accusations you haven't been a victim of. You say some one takes money and doesn't ship, prove it. You say the goods are garbage prove it. Otherwise I call BS, and you know where BS is held... In bungholes... And you know who has both bungholes and opinions (opinions as defined by fact-less perception)... EVERYONE. Love shopoonaza.com. I was hesitant to buy from them but their shoes are legit and authentic. I got the Bel Air 5s and Spacejams 11. Shipping could have been faster but over all love my sneakers. My boy told me about them. They have some dope clothes too
I ordered 2 pair of shoes for my boyfriend. The customer service was awesome! My guy really loved the shoes, he was totally surprised haha. I'll definitely be shopping again soon! I got him the Jordan 6 Cigar and the infrared 6.
Shopoonaza def got that heat. I picked my Infrared 6 Toro from the post office today. I compared them to my cousin pair he got from footlocker when they released. They were the exact same. They got that heat. I got a Miami heat snapback too. Ill def be buying from shopoonaza again. My bro getting the concord low 11s from them
