If you become a rewards member with them, you'll get emails about their special sales. They will offer discounts, or $1 shipping. You can use your rewards to get discounts or free items. Once you place an order you will get it around 7 to 10 business days. There are times when they have delays so it could be longer. That takes us into the negatives. It takes awhile to get your order so you have to be patient. Most of my orders I do get in the 7 to 10 business day time frame. Another thing, in order to get a refund for a lost, stolen or damaged product(s) you have to buy their shipping protection which currently costs $1.49. Pros: - Affordable products, most items are $1 to $1.77 each. - Promotions throughout the year - percentage off order or $1 shipping. - Rewards program: you can earn points to get discounts or free products. Makeup is ok. Blender sponges amazing as are the cleansing facecloths. Jewelry cheap but fun. I have got much use out of their rings and earrings. Storage units are good. Scrunchies and hair items are ok. If you get something that you don't like, it's only a dollar! Never had a problem with delivery(Canada) but their tracking is useless.
Ours arrives via Canada Post not DHL as claimed.

It is very beautiful and shipped to Canada in 15 days on standard shipping! It was well packaged and was not broken or damaged. Although I ordered the "Toffee" concealer but it did not come as i expected, but was worth it. I bought these cute hoops and stud 6 pair earrings and they are fire LOVED IT.

I've known about ShopmissA for a while now, as I have shopped online from them before, but I recently revisited my love for them when I saw that there was a store opened up in one of my city malls. I just love how much of a variety there are and how affordable it is. I will say that a lot of their products are hit or miss but there really isn't any sort of risk that you could take with them as all of their products are $1 or around that range and you have the opportunity to try out a wide variety of different types of products ranging from makeup to skincare to hair care and so much more. I also love how they have cruelty free makeup!

Wow just when I thought customer service was dead along came chewy. I have been ordering from chewy for a couple of yrs now and yesterday one of my orders was dented up and leaking. I called the easy to see 800 # on the box and told them that 8 cans in one case and cans in another case of wet cat food were smashed and leaking. The young lady on the phone named Jasmine was so nice and apologized at 3 times and she said she would send out replacement cases immediately. Well i actually received them today. Now that's what I'm talking about. If you r a pet owner u are crazy if u don't buy all ur pet products from chewy. They are cheaper or very competitive w everyone else. I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you chewy for bringing customer service back.
On my first order, a highlighter was missing. I contacted customer service and they gave me a refund no questions asked. The rest of my orders have been perfect! The reason I gave 4 stars is because the shipping is sooo slow. Delivery can take anywhere between 8 to 18 days. My current order will be delivered today. I ordered September 30 so that makes 16 days that it will be for this delivery. Also if you choose the "expedited" shipping they still use DHL and it still takes forever to get your order. It's an okay trade off considering almost everything is a dollar give or take a few cents. Just wanted to warn anyone of what to expect. Doesn't deter me from shopping on missa a one bit.
I have only received one order so far. All items were packaged in a lot of foam, so the items arrived unbroken! Yes, shipping takes a long time, but I live outside the US. It took a full month from the date of my order to receipt, so just be very patient. I have placed another order and want to see how long that one takes. However, with the pandemic, I don't expect fast shipping--no big deal. I highly recommend the tracked shipping so you can see the progress if you are overly concerned about the shipping duration.

Okay. It's a defiante hit or miss with the products. I'm most fond of the brushes from this cite. I made an order from here a few days ago and only now notice all the reviews saying how lots of people didnt get their order. This makes me kind of nervous about my recent order. My recent order is 35$ and to reassure myself, I keep telling myself that people are more likely to notice or say something if they've had a negative experience. Hopefully there's more positivety out there about this cite, but they haven't said anything.
I ordered 2 concealers the BB Cream, 2 Matte lipsticks and some other trinkets. I have ordered from this company 2 times and they have arrive on time both times. Most of the products were worth $5 at least except the BB Cream, which should've been called Donald Trump Orange. Besides that a very good experience (Also, I'm in the US)
I've been a customer since 2016 (US-based) and have always received my items. If an item runs out of stock before it gets to you, as they sell out of certain items super fast, they'll credit you a dollar or whatever amount you spent on that particular item. I will say that shipping time is a lot slower than other online brands, even if you choose the expedited option, I would say typically 10-12 days. Regarding their products, the only makeup I think is reliable is their own AOA brand, and those are typically the products that sell out quickly. If you're looking for foundation, eyeshadow, or mascara, stick to the drugstore. If you want a good deal on liquid lipsticks, concealers, highlighter, and tools, ShopMissA might be for you. Don't bother with the jewelry - you get what you pay for, and if you have sensitive skin like me, you may regret it. Judging by other reviewers, I would say if you're not in the US, don't buy from here, or buy knowing you risk losing your package and your cash.
Im on my second order from them. I haven't really had any problems I did send them back some returns in my first order though. I sent back some eyelash because they were to big for me. I wanted a more natural look, emailed them and they agreed. Sent them back got a gift code and I ordered some more stuff. As far as makeup, I love there lipstick! I will be getting coutur from them to see how i like. But like stick and eyebrow powder is great to me.
I am just curious. I changed the currency to CAD and the total (with shipping) came out to $33. When I checked my bank statement however, it showed $44. Can I please have some more information as to why it charged me an extra $10? Is it the customs? Thank you!

I placed a order and can't track my package being in Canada that's a bit annoying. Placed a good size order almost $70 my daughter seen the site since and wants me to order her a few items now if I knew what my things looked like or how long it would take I'd probably place another order while this ones in progress. Other than that heard only good things about company even replacing damaged items for some people. This is my first purchase so as of now thats all I can say.
I have ordered from this site many times and I haven't had any problems with shipping or receiving everything I ordered I do find that the free shipping option can take a little longer but I find that to be true to almost all the site I shop so I either choose the expedited option if I have larger orders and have always received my package with 3-5 days depending on the day of the week I placed my order or standard shipping if I'm not in a hurry to get my package and this option has never taken over a week so far but because this option ships through DHL I have been lucky because they can take forever sometimes I know this from shopping at other sites in the past Ive had packages that were sent from North Carolina go to Maryland bypassing Virginia where I live then come back down to Va go figure Shop Miss A does let you know to check the beginning of your tracking number to tell if your package shipped usps or dhl for us shipping needless to say with mostly everything on the site priced a dollar there are some hit and misses I'm glad to say mostly hits when choosing wisely I have not received any damaged items but I have broken a few items before getting the chance to enjoy them (this happened to a just couple of the jewelry pieces and a fan) and I can say that I could've handled them with a little more care but some super glue or my flat nose pliers remedied this problem I have only had to throw away a pair of earrings that I broke being rough but I have the same issue with other items I've purchased with the same quality at other places the scarfs are one of my favorite items to purchase from this site because I wear head wraps to cover my hair and I have been very pleased with the ones I have and the size overall I am happy with my experience thus far I can't comment on the customer service because I haven't had to contact them yet (crossing fingers to not jinx myself) but I'm hoping that they have read the reviews and made appropriate changes to satisfy all because this day in time every dollar you spend counts inexpensive don't have to be cheaply done so for now I will continue to shop Miss A
I got what I wanted in about 2 weeks, it was packaged well in a bag, bubblewrap and foam to make sure nothing was broken upon delivery. They costumer survive was excellent, getting to my question via Facebook in roughly 30min. The only problem I had was that the colors were a bit darker than depicted online, so make sure you order maybe a shade lighter but all I'm all I'm vary pleased with all tge products and the company it self and will order from here again!
I got my stuff in less than two weeks with no problems and I don't see why everyone is complaining. From what I got everything is just fine. I only spent 16$ plus shipping. I would buy from them again if something grabbed my eye again.
Shopped from here the other day and its pretty fun to shop on here. Yeah they might be cheap and shipping might take a little longer then expected. But its great enough to still and keep shopping from here.
First off the Everything is a Dollar is wrong because there is one line of items that are $5, which would be the charm lockets. Other than that every single other item is NEW and only a dollar. I'm sure a few of these items especially in the cosmetics category would be found in discount stores would be only a few dollars. But its a selection that may be hard for others to find. I found my order was all worth it and am more than satisfied.
The most awesome thing is how much dedication they take to packaging. There were multiple bubble wrapped items, along with a thin foam wrapper. Nothing is coming to you broken. I will order from them again for sure. Especially for locket charms I have not found individual charms like this in any store and hate premade designs.

I have ordered about five times from Shop Miss A and have been pleased with my experience so far. I live in Australia so I was expecting a very long wait for postage but all of my orders so far have come within 1-2 weeks. For one of my orders the tracking number did not work for six days, when I contacted customer service I got a vague reply but the tracking number started working.
Yes, some of the products aren't great quality but others I absolutely love. The AOA/a2o brand has great and quality products. I did receive one concealer that appeared to be dry, when I inspected the product further the liquid was a thicker consistency and settled to the bottom of the tube.
I think with a concept like this there are bound to be plenty of horror stories circulated about postage and product mishaps but for make-up and accessories at that price it is kind of a given. The only negative thing that I can say is that they have increased the international postage price to $20 USD, meaning that my most recent $48 USD order actually came to about $83 AUD.
Overall I have to say that I like this website a lot and can definitely say that I will continue to use it frequently.

I ordered 4 Kleancolor madly matte lipsticks, 1 liquid eyeliner, an eyelash curler, and a 12 pack of shadow pigments. My order took 2 weeks to arrive, but for the price, that's fine. Especially considering it took a month to get my recent ColourPop order and a month to get my last NYX order. The lipsticks are crazy pigmented and yet somehow creamy. I've yet to try them with a primer, I just put them on my bare lips last night. They look great. The liquid liner is a metallic green and claims to be waterproof. I can't attest to that because I just swiped it over the back of my hand, but I can say it's very pigmented, looks great, and even though I had just put it on, it took some serious effort to wipe off. The eyelash curler is a little rickety but works how it's supposed to, and the pigments are BEAUTIFUL - even prettier in person than on the website. I honestly can't believe this site has gone relatively unnoticed for so long. Obviously the products aren't 5 star highest possible quality, but for a $1 lipstick to be creamy, matte, pigmented, AND smell good? I mean we're all winning, really.
