Miss A/Shop Miss A is a make up, and beauty store and website which advertises low cost and affordable shipping. Many items are $1, while others vary between $1.33 to $1.77. I love their facial wipes, hand spray, and facial moisturizer. I've been a customer since 2018. I like several aspects of their business - the items and the price point. If you become a rewards member with them, you'll get emails about their special sales. They will offer discounts, or $1 shipping. You can use your rewards to get discounts or free items. Once you place an order you will get it around 7 to 10 business days. There are times when they have delays so it could be longer. That takes us into the negatives. It takes awhile to get your order so you have to be patient. Most of my orders I do get in the 7 to 10 business day time frame. Another thing, in order to get a refund for a lost, stolen or damaged product(s) you have to buy their shipping protection which currently costs $1.49. Pros: - Affordable products, most items are $1 to $1.77 each. - Promotions throughout the year - percentage off order or $1 shipping. - Rewards program: you can earn points to get discounts or free products. Cons: - Shipping can be long (7 to 10 business days) - You must purchase their shipping protection if you have any problems with the order In general, I like them. They sell pretty good products, but they would have a better score in my opinion if they worked on their shipping time and if they didn't make you buy their shipping protection.

They have a bad habit of not packing items but marking them off on my invoice like they did pack them and sending me things that I never ordered. It's been a month since I've heard from them, they've stopped replying to my emails about the latest items that weren't in my order so I've reported them to the BBB.

It's exactly as you think it is. I recommend using this site for tools. It's nice they give to charities but the make up quality is meh. Lol the gel liners are dry. Color mascara was dry. Shadows too sheer. But the sponges and little tools and random stuff were legit. I made 2 orders back to back. One got here in a week, other is still on its way after 2 weeks. Both processed at the same time. Don't expect to get your package anytime soon. Lol. It's a quick wish(the app) type of shopping experience. Worth it tho. Tools are cheap and reliable.

Placed a $19 order in April, received it on May 19th. At this point, they can't blame Covid, the shipping service is just terrible. I have ordered things from China that arrived in less time. Order prior to that in November had incorrect items. It was like someone just threw whatever in the bag to ship it off. Correcting THEIR mistake is also a hassle just for a store credit, not even a refund. Product quality, you get what you pay for. Overall it's hit or miss with them. Order if you're fine waiting a month for the package that may also contain missing/incorrect items.

J'aime le fait que les prix sont abordables, la seule chose que je n'aime pas est que ça coûte 9,95$ pour la livraison ce qui est des fois plus cher que la commande.

They take a long time to get back to you if you have an issue but eventually they do and they will help you. It was scary to have to wait that long but when they did get back to me they refunded without a hassle so. I'm not all in or all against. Also never order earrings from there as even after I disinfected them they all caused big infections not sure what is in them. For a dollar. They have nice necklaces though

Shop Miss A can really be a hit or miss type of shop. Again, as always, make sure to read reviews from other buyers before you purchase a product. The products sometimes have the ingredients listed, so make sure to check those too in case you have sensitive skin. I've bought a variety of things from this site: from brushes, to makeup, to accessories and to sum up my experience - the makeup wipes are great, but the foundation I would not recommend. The eye shadow palettes are tricky as they come from different brands. While some are great for a dollar, others contain zero pigment. Shipping wise, it really depends on where you live. For me, I live in Canada and it took around a month to get here on average. If you don't want to wait, I suggest you to check out another store. However, if you are curious to try, you could spend a couple of dollars and decide for yourself whether it's worth it or not.

My opinion: Makeup wipes and eyebrow pencils are good. For the other products, you definitely get what you paid for, but if you want better quality, save a couple of dollars and buy drug store makeup.

I've placed 7 ordered with this company, and my opinion of them has gotten worse with each one. The first 3 ordered were perfect. Got all the items in the correct colors and sizes I wanted. By the 4th order, wrong items were getting sent. If I ordered an item in a specific shade, they'd send me a totally different color. My last three ordered has broken items that I had to send in proof to get reimbursement for. They offer a full refund or store credit. It does take a while for customer service to get back with you, they say to allow 48 hours between responses and they don't reply on weekends. Then wait 24-48 hours for the store credit code to become active. My last order I placed on the 6th of july, and arrival date is scheduled for the 22nd. It didn't ship til the 14th! And it was a fairly small order. I usually received my shipment from them in less than 10 days, but this one is taking 2 and a half weeks for some reason. The products I've received are good quality when they're not broken or the wrong size.

Everything else was great besides the 2 small eyeshadow palettes and they gave me the complete wrong colors.

Well first off I like this site I've been a loyal customer for 4 months now when I first ordered from this site
April-6-15 It was okay things was shipped fast but I notice the more I used it seem Iike the slower my items came in the mail for me... and this new website they have sucks to me

Loved all my products but my lipstick was damaged when i orderd it and also i orderd a liquid eyeliner amd recieved a purple lip liner

I was highly upset when i found out shopmissa messed up my order and not only sent we one but three of the wrong items
Item #1 long triangle end necklace (received was a pearl necklace)
Item #2 mocha lipstick (received a bright shade of red)
Item #3 a gold pearl and flower earring (received silver)

A few years ago when Shopmissa.com came on the scene I ordered to try it out. Their shipping takes FOREVER. In this day and age I hate to say it but it's gonna be a dealbreaker for so many. There really isn't an excuse to take 2 -3 FULL weeks (or more!) to get things delivered -- ESPECIALLY because they're aren't located in China. They have a huge array of products, many of them very good. I waited close to a year to give them a try again. Same result. Shipping/handling times that are HORRIBLE. Fast forward to 11 days ago. This was their last chance -- I places an order for a few things and guess what? It's now been 11 DAYS and my order hasn't even PROCESSED yet. I would stay away. They do have insane prices, SOME really good products althoug it is hit or miss -- But the shipping? I'm done with them, I've given them several attempts spaced out to see if they ever got their act together. The answer? NO.

I don't know if anyone else has experienced the same thing as me but this is my first time ordering from this site and I ordered 14 dollars worth of items but the package still hasn't come! Its been 2 or 3 weeks now and every day I'm coming home to see that there's no package): I'm really starting to get worried and the last update I got was that it shipped I'm just hoping I'll get it soon. Will update when (if) I get the actual products!

I ordered three tempered glass and only received one. I sent a msg to the helpdesk two days ago and havent heard from anyone. Would like to receive what I ordered or at lease a response. I understand mistakes happen but when a company does it to a customer maybe they should at least make it right.
Other than that... It was packaged good and was able to track. I think I would order some stuff from them if I knew 100% that I would get everything I ordered and at least hear from someone correcting this issue.
