Miss A/Shop Miss A is a make up, and beauty store and website which advertises low cost and affordable shipping. Many items are $1, while others vary between $1.33 to $1.77. I love their facial wipes, hand spray, and facial moisturizer. I've been a customer since 2018. I like several aspects of their business - the items and the price point. If you become a rewards member with them, you'll get emails about their special sales. They will offer discounts, or $1 shipping. You can use your rewards to get discounts or free items. Once you place an order you will get it around 7 to 10 business days. There are times when they have delays so it could be longer. That takes us into the negatives. It takes awhile to get your order so you have to be patient. Most of my orders I do get in the 7 to 10 business day time frame. Another thing, in order to get a refund for a lost, stolen or damaged product(s) you have to buy their shipping protection which currently costs $1.49. Pros: - Affordable products, most items are $1 to $1.77 each. - Promotions throughout the year - percentage off order or $1 shipping. - Rewards program: you can earn points to get discounts or free products. Cons: - Shipping can be long (7 to 10 business days) - You must purchase their shipping protection if you have any problems with the order In general, I like them. They sell pretty good products, but they would have a better score in my opinion if they worked on their shipping time and if they didn't make you buy their shipping protection.

I just received my order today. Other than the other things that went wrong with my package, like things being out of the package and my product being bent. My main problem is I ordered a specific pair of Green Ombré Glasses that were big enough for my face. I received a Pink Ombré one that was also too small, I checked my receipt that I received and it did say "Green Ombré Glasses." I would like to know as to why I received the pink one rather than the initial green one I ordered?

I've ordered from shopmissa.com a handful of times and am usually very satisfied. The products are always as they appear on the site in person and they are well packed. The issue is shipping; I placed an order 12/5 and with no update email after requesting ETA, the tracking says it will arrive 12/30 when their website states 7-10 days standard. I needed this package for Christmas time and now I have to run to stores to replenish the products. If you need your products at a specific time please take that into consideration.

So basically it removes your cart after you havent been on the tab for a few days/hours. Sometimes it even deletes you wishlist

Tip for consumers:
i live in australia and it always says the us price in the checkout. you can change the prices when shopping but it goes to us in the checkout.

Not sure if I want to order from them again. I am waiting for customer service to get back to me for this incident. Out of three shipments and paying over $100 so far I'm not completely happy. This last shipment might be the nail in the coffin. They completely messed up my order they packaged all the essential oils together. They all leaked big gross mess. They forgot an item. The lipstick was open and it looked used. The nail polish was completely old. The soap sheets we're open and then half taped up. I just feel that's very unsanitary for beauty products to be open and then sold. I do understand that these products are a dollar so sometimes what do you expect but still. And please keep in mind that even though they say cruelty free and they say that their products are not made in China they are and a lot of their products are not cruelty free and made in China just keep that in mind. Oh they will delete bad reviews all my reviews have been deleted!

Don't accidentally fall asleep with their eyeshadow! I used the over the rainbow palette and accidentally fell asleep & when I woke up my eyes were scorching and I realized they were burned! Literally burned! I shouldn't of fell asleep with it but it shouldn't of caused my skin to have burn marks like that. Cheap but not worth it :( They're probably best for things like brushes and lashes and not makeup that goes on your skin.

My stuff still hasn't come this is ridiculous. I ordered exactly 1 month and 4 weeks ago. The wait is too long. Imagine trying to scare people for money for charity. I'm appalled seriously. I can't believe all my money is gone I'm broke asf.

Edit: almost a month later they hit me with the "you had to confirm your email and we sent you an email but didn't get a reply" mess. They said that my package was on hold and I just got email saying my makeup is on its way. I'm mad it took this long but glad I didn't get as scammed as people were saying. They had me in the first half lol. Make sure you guys include YOU SHIPPING NUMBER cause they won't respond according if u don't.

I've ordered twice from them before. First time was a breeze but both times they missed items and gave me back store credit when I'd contacted them about it.

This is my third time because you cant beat their prices and the quality of their cheap items are quite decent. Ordered March 13, just got confirmation on March 24 that I'll be receiving April 4.

Um... I'm in the same state as y'alls head quarters. I'm way too far from Dallas otherwise I'd go to the shop in person. I had better service from y'all when I ordered both times while visiting family in California.

Also what's the point of getting store credit? I literally paid for the items that weren't put in my order and I'd rather have them in since they said available on the site AT THE TIME that I bought it. If said items weren't please advise the customer. Lastly, since they seem to miss items in my orders and, hopefully third times a charm, I dont see a point of store credit anyway. For what? To have THAT order only be half completed?

Tip for consumers:
Order with caution. Make sure that they got EVERYTHING right in your order.

My first order came in 2 weeks after I placed it. I gave a pass because I ordered on a weekend and weather was bad. So I decided to do it again... this time I ordered at the beginning of the week, that was a week ago. I checked the status on Friday it said fulfilled and had a usps tracking number. No info tho when I pulled it up. It's now Tuesday and it is just now getting to the post office in Texas. Which means it'll be another week before I get it. And to top it off... the site says free shipping on 30 or more... i still got charged. Definitely not ordering again.

I have been looking to contact this company for about five days about my recent orders. Both my orders are said to have been shipped, but the DHL tracking numbers aren't working! I gave it 72 hours and it still hasn't worked for either this is a shame! If I can't see the tracking information I will be canceling both orders! The customer service is sub-par and I'm tired of the unorganized service!

You really don't know how good a company is until you have an issue and you experience how they choose to resolve it. First order was a success. They got me hooked and excited. However, Their tracking is useless, they send a number and all you see is "tracking does not exist". But it did arrive a little over a week after. So on my Second order I was missing an item. I contacted them per instructions on site. Received a reply over a week later that a refund was owed to me. I had option of site credit or refund to my credit card. I specified credit card. No refund. They have ignored their responsibility. Haven't heard from them again after several attempts of contacting them. Must make enough money off of 1st timers to stay in business, so they don't care; Especially about repeat customers. SHOPMISSA is NOT worth the time, money and hassle.

- They forgot a pair of earrings in my order and just ignored my e-mail about it. So, I guess be prepared to just not get what you ordered and be okay with that?
- One of the pairs I did get come with a warning label about containing nickel and lead which may cause birth defects. Would have been nice if they put that on the website so that I didn't buy them.
- Quality of the other items was better, but generally hit or miss.
- I ordered from Canada and the shipping makes it not worth it - around $15, plus I even got hit with an extra $12 charge at the post office; unspecified "cash on delivery" charge which I'm guessing was customs-related, but they also ignored the question when I e-mailed them, so I guess I'll never know.
Maybe I would be willing to deal with this site again if I lived in the US, but I'll be shopping elsewhere because for me it wasn't worth it in the long run.

My order arrived in sydney on the 26th of april, i am moving this weekend and have been told that the parcel should be here either today or Monday, getting very annoyed how long its taking, i have emailed shopmossa and the delivery company, i have phoned customs and Australian post no one knows where this parcel is

Ordered from Miss A after seeing it on TikTok. After a month I received no order and no follow up so I reached out. After two business days of not hearing anything I asked for a refund and got an immediate response that someone would follow up with me. When someone followed up they had a completely different name, email and order number that wasn't me. I finally asked for a refund again and was told there was a glitch in the system regarding my customer service question and they had emailed me prior telling me my shipping address was incorrect. It was not, and nobody had reached out, I double checked. After finally getting to the bottom of it they finally shipped my things and I waited another two weeks to receive them. I wore the necklace I ordered for 12 hours and it broke. I wouldn't have cared knowing how cheap it was but it just added insult to injury after an already bad experience. I gave two starts instead of one because I do like the earrings I ordered.

I have made a purchase of USD49.95, of 40 items. As it was an international shipment, I choose to purchase the maximum of 40 items for the shipping charge of USD9.95.

I accidentally clicked on the same item twice, and upon payment, I realized that, and immediately sent an email to the customer service, but was replied that the order had gone to their warehouse for processing, and as they are fast workers, they had probably packed the items and delivered out. Funny, I sent them the email immediately after I made the purchase and payment online, and they could only reply me a few hours later, due to the time difference, yet the warehouse staff could moved that fast to have my items packed and shipped out.

I received my purchase several weeks later. 1 item, a lip gloss, was unsealed, and obviously used, as I can see the stain at the side of the tip, which could not be wiped. I sent another email, with my feedback on this. Then the reply came, claiming that their warehouse security was tight, and their employees could not possibly unseal the products and use them, and most probably it was due to manufacturer's fault, as the products came directly from their suppliers. Nevertheless, I was offered a credit of USD1.00, for my future purchase, though I have not received it in my account on the website yet, the customer service officer did mention that it would take a few days to be credited.

I don't know if I will make purchase from this website again. I was lucky to have the other items delivered in good condition, but I am not sure if I will be as lucky next time.

I ordered stuff off of Shop Miss A about a week ago and I got a shipping number 2 days ago but I still can't track my shipment. I feel like this is going to be a bad experience. Don't think I'd be buying off this site again.

Most of Miss A's Jewelry pieces are not in stock. Hardly ever come back in stock. Its hard to find my style when you guys never are in stock. Not hating on shopmissa but its sort of lagging it. Please fix this

If you are shipping outside the U.S., they do not show tracking information to the final destination. And the company says "it's not our problem or responsibility" for delivery once it's left us.

I have a great experience of buying from them. But what I really hate is the very slow shipping? It takes about almost 2 weeks just to have it ship n arrive to me. I order 2 package from them hoping it'll came in time for Christmas? On tracking # it was suppose to come today. But now it say it barely made out to union city? Which is a very disappointing? Please upgrade on the shipping?

I ordered two packages and the second packae i ordered came within 2 weeks. The first package took roughly 3 weeks to ship and and i still havent recieved it and it has been nearly a month. I emailed the site three times before i ever got a response. The long wait is not worth it!

The products are a hit or a miss, but I always research before buying anything, so I USUALLY get the hit items. I will say this, the colors are WAY different on the website then real life, and idk if they Photoshop and brighten it or something. The thing I hate the most is the shipping. From the three times I ordered from this site I always had probs with the shipping! The first time was great, it came in two days, the second I got it in two weeks because it "delayed", the third time I didn't get a tracking number (they sent me an email it has been shipped)so I can't keep track of when its coming and I asked them for it two days ago and they still haven't replied! I need it because if it gets delayed again I know exactly where it is!

I've Been ordering from Shop Miss A Since February this year. I have had maybe one or two items that i never received but was charged for, and one E. L. F. Mascara/Eyeliner that was dried up, but i never minded it since it's only a dollar and they have pretty nice things on their site. HOWEVER, I'm EXTREMELY UPSET about their A-LIST membership where if you spend more than 300 bucks within one calendar year you SUPPOSEDLY get access to their exclusive products for still $1. The reason i am upset is because after reaching the 300 mark i still could not see the alist items. So i Msgd a Miss A Rep named Natalie. Her Exact reply to me was

Hello Marylynn!

Thank you for your message!

Our systems add new A-listers every week. If you still not see a welcome email in the next few weeks we may have discontinued the A-List.

***You can see why I'm upset. I've been doing my best to get to the 300 mark. The last order i made that made me reach 300 was about 2 weeks ago.(They told me that it takes one week to get in because they update the list weekly. WELL after reading this i was so disheartened. I've recommended their site to A LOT OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS and told them about the A-list. I've said nothing but nice things about them. BUT TODAY was just something else... We'll see if they have decided to "discontinue" the A-list membership within "the next few weeks" i guess. Now i'm second guessing everything... I just hope to God that this wasn't a scam to begin with just to get people to buy more things... because I've searched long and hard trying to find people who got into the A-list but have yet to find one person/one review.

I'll probably still get stuff from them. But I'm still super disappointed.( Unless they decide to stop shipping to me because I made a bad review.) Which i hope is not the Case! But i'll be prepared for it.

$200 order placed on 27 May and still not received. I've contacted the shippers (USPS and DHL) and both stated they didn't have the package it was with a 3rd party and requested that I contact the Shop Miss A. I have gone back and forth with Shop Miss A since 12 Jun and they keep telling me I need to wait and refuse to either resend the order or work to locate my package. Don't waste your time with them I will be disputing the order with the bank. Their shipping methods have steadily gone down hill and their lackluster customer service isn't helpful to the customer.
