I love Miko foot massager! This is the greatest foot massager. The pressure is adjustable so you can make this super tight around your feet or a bit looser. You can turn the heat on and off. It comes with a remote control as well.
I placed a order on their site only to hear nothing a week later, no emails or notifications. When i email them as a follow up, they respond back with a Usps tracking number, created the day of my order but with no shipment information. They still say the order was shipped. Two more days later, I still see no shipping information and email them again, whereupon they say they will look into it. Another two days later, I send yet another follow up email and they finally responded saying that the item is not in stock. I naturally request a refund asap, as they plainly misled and lied to me about my order being shipped and on its way, much less having it in stock to begin with even. This company is not trustworthy at all in my opinion, and at best is dysfunctional, and at worst, knowingly engages in questionable business practices.

I purchased an air filter online, but never received the item. They never returned any of my emails or voice messages. Their phone is only maintained by one person and it always goes to voice mail. Reported them to my Credit Card Co. Scammers! Buy elsewhere!
Like a previous reviewer I ordered a foot massager that was never shipped. It has now been 6 weeks since order charged out. In spite of multiple contacts with company, order was never sent. Could be a scam company. Avoid!
