On March 10,2013 I ordered Los Angeles Magazine (monthly), Real Simple (monthly) and People (weekly). I paid with my VISA card for the full amount of $107.10. According to their own website: We advise all our customers to allow 6­-12 weeks for magazines to begin. Generally, weekly magazines start sooner than monthly subscriptions, and bimonthly take slightly longer. This is very standard for the industry and the time period will be the same regardless of where you place your order. They also state that they charge our credit card immediately upon receipt of the order. At the 3 month mark on May 12 with no magazines, via email they told me again they usually take 3 months to arrive. On June 17 via email I was told they would start some time in the month of July. On July 2 via email I was told they would arrive in July. On July 15 via email I was told they finally resubmitted my order and I should receive them within the next 2-­4 weeks. After almost 20 weeks I no longer have any patience and on July 22 via email I asked for a full refund. As of July 26 I have not heard back from them nor received a refund or my magazines. STAY AWAY.
