This company sends fake tracking numbers to meet shopping deadlines, and won't ship your items until you badger them. If you need to make a return, they will "approve" it on their site and say they'll review within 2 days of receiving the return, but you'll never see the money back. Massive scam operating as "Kharma Clothing LLC" to save face. Their items are cheaply made and nothing like pictures/posts, and when complaints become too much they turn off social media comments. You're better off throwing money directly into the garbage.

It's 15 days & I'm still waiting for my dress to be shipped. On their website it says its shipped within 1 day. Not true! I've sent numerous emails with no explanation... just sorry & I'm still waiting! They also said it will be ANOTHER 10 DAYS on top of waiting 15 days to be sent to Australia! I have never experienced such a long wait for a delivery with no explanation.
Very disappointing.
The jumpsuits I got from here were really nice, but their distribution practices and customer service are a mess. They sent me the wrong thing several times, and trying to get a response from the company is nearly impossible. It's really disappointing because I really liked their products, but I won't be ordering from them again. It's too much a frustration and hassle.

They sent a fake tracking number and im still waiting for my product, tried contacting them in any way and is not possible. Scam company.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago that still has not even shipped! I followed up last week to ask about it and they said they would send it out by Friday (which was 6 days ago now) and I noticed nothing changed on the shipping label. Followed up again yesterday with now response. Starting to feel like a scam!

I have no idea why this shop has gotten so many negative reviews. Although they do take a little while when shipping their items, their items are all well worth the wait. I can tell these people are impatient for no reason. I am so glad I waited for my jumpsuit. It looks amazing.

Be understandable that their return customer service is not in house and it take a little while for them to get back to you. But definitely worth the wait.
