I am the primary purchaser for Southwestern Dermatology. Rakuten steered me towards some good deals on the Shoplet site recently. Unfortunately Shoplet cancelled my entire order "out of stock". Upon review of the items at their site, the items all had a huge price increase after and were listed as available to purchase. Shame on them!

Nice paper towels for cleaning or just wiping hands. 1 sheet can get a lot of cleaning done. So glad I bought them they hold up very well when cleaning up spills or wiping down my counters. Great value especially if you like buying in bulk like myself. I will re order. Stay stocked up!

Shoplet has everything that I needed when I went to search of stuff for my office. Placed and order - everything came as expected. Free Shipping is always a plus. And the prices were very competitive. I will continue to use Shoplet.

I started using Shoplet and after my first few orders i received a call from an account rep named Sam. Sam has been a great help in assisting me with getting everything that I need for my office. When I have a question I give Sam a call and he is there to help. Even better is that Sam calls me to check in to make sure that everything is ok with my account. Great service. I purchased a task chair on 7/5/23 and when it arrived, the pneumatic lift for the seat was defective. Returns for a full refund are allowed up to 30 days. However, I was unable to fit the chair in the shipping box, as instructed because the base was now permanently attached to the seat (stuck at the lowest height) and it would not fit in the box. I immediately emailed my problem and asked that they advise me as how to proceed. I didn't hear back for several weeks and when I did, my problem was not addressed, and it was like they never read my reply at all. I tried again - same thing. By now the 30 day window had well been exceeded. I tried to explain all this twice in calls to customer service and their "hands were tied", as I had exceed the 30 day limit. I am beyond frustrated and feel taken advantage of and cheated. There are exceptions to all rules, and this should have been one.

I ordered bottles of incontinent wash. Shoplet didn't use stop leak tape on bottles. Bottles leaked. I can't resell because logo washed off bottles and plus ink got all over my hands. I was issued a partial refund on this order and thought problem was solved. So I placed another order and received the order with the same quality control issue. I will not be ordering again.

The sander would probably be great if I could actually recieve it. Shoplet gave me horrible customer service from and Asian customer/ supervisor representative who actually hung the phone up on me. They give you false tracking info and cannot even get in touch with their shipping department. Do not buy fron shoplet. Was quoted 6-10 days shipping and at day nine still no current real tracking number. Stay away. Fraud alert.

First, I will say these are extreme times and not sure of the other side but was not happy to be convinced by email that they had sanitizer products in stock. So online went and purchased and was now informed at checkout maybe not available till late May or early June so I opted to wait. Bought a few other items while there to spread the wealth. Next morning I get a refund without notice or explanation of just the sanitizer. No reason or option to cancel the entire order. Three days have ten more ads from them but no response. This morning an email says same sanitizer available again and shipping May 15th. Just sleazy?

This company does not pay their bills! They are a crappy company lead by an even crappier person, Tony Ellison. They sell cheap items, take your money and are rude. Tony is the worst to work with and is a scam artist! Buy from someone else!

Only one star because order arrived timely. Nothing else was acceptable. Ordering was difficult. Prices changed during the ordering process which just complicated that process. Seemed as though prices adjusted so it was more difficult to qualify for free shipping.
Order was received as expected but an item was missing. No way to correct online. Called customer service, I was told item was out of stock and they would send a credit. The clincher, my order at there web site now does not reflect this item but rather an increase in the price of another item so the total cost would be the same as the original order. Confirmation order email reflected the correct pricing and items. I won't be buying from Shoplet again.

The next day. Don't think they could do anything better.

I bought 5 boxes of the forks, take 23 days to ship to us, asking for return, they charge 25% restock fee
The problem is shoplet ship items super late, when i got it, i don't need no more, that is not the right, shoplet delay the orders 23 days, now they want charge 25% for return, that is ridiculous, no more shoplet

When I requested a quote from the company and sent back the PO, after weeks of waiting on my items to arrive, I reached out to them. First, I was told that they didn't have my order. Then told that it's with the "net 30" department [accounting], then I was told that there's a hold up in shipping. Finally, after weeks of them being unable to keep a story straight, I decided to call them every day. Finally, they sent it, and subsequently, left 6 items off. When I contacted them, they initially acted as if they cared. Now they don't even bother to respond. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY company!

Great site and huge selection. I found everything that I was looking for. Checkout and account set up was simple. Order came in 2 days with no issues. Will be back to use Shoplet again.

I love how well this works on stainless steel. It covers up fingerprints, and leaves the outdoor features with a shiny surface, which seems to repel the humidity. Smells awesomely clean and leaves the most satisfying streak free shine.

I have placed 5 bulk orders for Paper mate ink joy retractable pens but they send me the damaged and incorrect low priced capped pens and I have returned all the items from the 5 orders but they issued me a partial credit. They said they will check again and reach me on monday. I have the proof of returning all the items based on the weight and I am going to sue them soon for inconvenience and frsud.

I love this PUR pitcher. The water comes out tasting great and so cold. Its large size allows frequent usage as long as you keep filling the top blue part.

Shoplet sent me what I ordered in two days in good condition. Better than I expected. Good deals and great service. Love to but through this store.

I ordered some stuff for my office on Wednesday morning and it arrived two days later on Friday. That's great service. And I got free shipping as well. No reason for me to even consider going anywhere else - not even Amazon or Staples. No way. I am sticking with Shoplet.
