I placed an order on 06/01/2025 to include 15 items. When reviewing my credit card charges, I notice a discrepancy between the invoiced amount and payment, very simple math. I could not get an answer as to the difference and therefore canceled order - Very poor customer experience. I have been a customer for several years and I'm now concerned that I have been overcharged before.

Beware when using Shop LC "Auto-Bid" option on their auctions. In all the auctions I have ever used in the USA, "Auto-bid" means the auction house will bid incrementally in your behalf up to your max bid amount. However at Shop LC, it is done differently. My Max Bid was $167. The next highest bidder was $126. In my USA experience with other companies, my auto-bid would have won the auction at $127. However, I got charged $167, because at Shop LC you get charged whatever you stated as your max bid, regardless of how much lower the other bids were. I called customer service and it appears to be based in India. They appear to do business differently than what I am used to in the USA. Be aware of this if you are using their auctions.

I purchased a fairly expensive item from their website on 10/28/24. Today is 12/18/24 and I still have not received the item, despite the fact that I have now called them no less than 6 times concerning this issue. This ring was to be a Christmas gift, but I now know that ShopLC will not deliver the ring by Christmas. I've seen the delivery date change so many times now and today upon logging into my account on their website, the delivery date changed again to 12/24/24. I called them again today, since calling a few days ago and being told someone would be contacting me within 24 hours concerning the ring and no one called me. This is the same thing they told me the last 3 times I've called and yet, no one ever calls. Upon calling today, I was put on hold for 17 minutes and when guy came back, he told me the same thing I have been told now at least the past 3 calls, that someone will be calling me within the next 24 hours concerning the issues with the delivery of the ring I purchased. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are the worst in the industry. I used to shop only at JTV and I'm going back. JTV would never have let this happen. They are the best when it comes to customer service. ShopLC is clearly the worst. And, I speak from experience. I've been shopping at ShopLC for about 2 or more years and have spent thousands of dollars with their company. They were OK in the beginning, but recently in the past year, something has changed. Longer wait times for deliveries, poor customer service on calls related to issue with orders and more and now this. As a customer that has spent thousands of dollars with them, you would think they would try harder to quickly address and resolve any issue that might arise. Actually, any truly good or great company that truly values their customers would do this with all their customers. None the less, I'm now done with shopping with this company. I'm going back to JTV where I know from past experience that they understand what true good customer service is. Good bye ShopLC.

The shoplc is nothing but the branch of liars. They do not ship items or ship to their relatives, charge cc for the items that never was delivered. Gold prices on 10k gold way way way overpriced. USA people have to stop buying from them, let them go back to India and screw people other their.

Refund, or lack of

Returned a piece of jewelry. I have USPS receipt showing they have received. Spoke to Connor and was told wear house had not processed and Would Not tell me when refund would be returned to my credit card. Supervisor would not take my call, was told he would call me back in 24 hrs. This company is a joke. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Hidden fees
November 30, 2024

I was charged a 25% fee on my return. The item was an irradiated lab created diamond with a colorless band across the gem. I returned it and was charged a 25% fee because the price was "discounted by 25%" yet I paid the price offered on TV which was what I was billed. I regard this as a scam and will never again patronize this company. A $350+ fee is outrageous and I am compelled to share this so others are warned. The date shown corresponds to the refund processed on my credit card.

Horrible
January 23, 2024

Placed an order over 20 days ago. My emails everything has gone unanswered so I finally am able to chat and they tell me they can't find my item. They have NO issues taking your money but have yet to refund or send my items. I've spent hundreds and they literally don't care. I'm so upset I'll literally never shop here again and I'll be sure to tell others not to as well.

I worked here as a temp

Let's just be real here, it is run by an Indian gentleman, the favoritism was off the charts, when the system went down or the queue got bad, theyd take everyone out but the fab 5 they liked. I watched the head of the damn call center scream his a$$ off and when the hr lady tried to stop him, he screamed at her. The indian gentleman was there during this and said not a god damn word. The products are cheap discounted jewelry, during performance review i was told, to stop talking to old women who are bored and have nothing to do but spend their money, that's what management thinks of their customers, oh and I was fired for voicing my opinion to my temp agency who employed nothing but ghetto looking people to begin with. So yea, if they treat their call center that bad, the disdain for the customer was "old women who are bored, lonely and have no money" take your business elsewhere to a company who gives a sh*t, because these people are garbage, there's a reason the call center is 98% temps because nobody wants to be screamed at and nobody wants to go into that sh*t show every day.

Frustrated

1. The delivery is hit or miss. Sometimes I get what I ordered sometimes I don't.
2. The returns are the same, sometimes I get a refund for an item I didn't get but not always.
3. The wait time for customer service is always longer than 30 minutes.
4. Finally, I have a pending charge on my CC but customer service doesn't have the order number.
What are they doing? Why can't your site work properly? Why can't I talk to anyone? I think that I'm done with ShopLC for good.

Great auction

I used to spend more time on there than I do now. Which should be taken as good due to the fact that I was winning so many auctions I couldn't afford them all. But if you choose NOT to use the autopsy option, you have 24 hrs to decide to keep the win or let it go and pay nothing, which I LOVE about this site. You can set specific parameters in searching for the items you are interested in both to purchase or bid on. I've won many jewelry auctions, and I do love they're jewelry because the price is always good even if you choose not to go through the auction house. I have found so many useful, neat and beautiful pieces here. If you like the auctions, then you probably already know of them and if not "if you don't know, well now you know".

To continue my review:
Ring arrives just short of five weeks in our mailbox on a major state route. Why? Lots of money involved in this purchase. Customer service states there was a crawler on screen that said it was preorder. None people, nope, Nadda. Took to two Jewlers. One said
Not worth more than 1/2 my cost. One said at a fancy store or mall, it could be high retail. However, evaluated to NOT be high retail. So should I keep or return?

Quality and Service

Quality of merchandise is sub-par. Customer Service is non-existent. I have, over a few years, purchased items from just about every category Shop LC has to offer. Merchandise, without exception, is very cheaply made. Trying to get any response from Customer Service is an effort in futility.

I had been a good customer with Shoplc for several years but management must have changed, and for the worse! Some Items I had bought through budget pay I was told by the operators had "fallen through the system" amounting over $400! I obviously was unaware this had occurred, but this company (representative Cheryl) tried to blame me for their mistake! The only resolution they/she would accept was a payment agreement on the $400+ which was $60 per month on the 21st of each month. I made this agreement on the phone and nothing was signed. Instead of keeping with the payment agreement made, they took out the entire amount which ended up being $560.96 all on the same day and now my bank account is completely overdrawn! Shoplc does NOT have ACH rights anyway! How in the hell did this happen?! The only payment plan I agreed to make outside of the recognized ( those not lost in their system) budget pay payments were those budget payments that were apparently lost in the system, as I said.
I have tried to get in contact with someone in charge but only get the run around. I have even tried to call their corporate office and just got a voice-mail. I will be sending a certified letter calling for rectification at both their offices and once the $560.96 has finished processing by my bank, I will be reporting fraud. I can report this because Shoplc has obviously changed management recently. I would strongly suggest that online customers avoid doing business with Shoplc. They're recent actions are either from recent business incompetence or new and very shady business practices.

I have been in communication with this company for weeks to obtain an order I paid $70 for! They gave me a tracking number that worked with NOTHING. They said it was delivered when it wasn't. Hate that I gave them a chance. Buyer beware. They are fighting refunding my money.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

These people can't do anything right. They can't send a gift. Instead, they send it to me. Earlier i also sent a gift and then they used gift address to send all my subsequent purchases.to gift address. They refused any refunds. They have also regularly sent the item but double billed me and I don't know if my money had ever returned me because of their fragmented customer service it really is no customer service because they never respond to anything. You also MUST have your item number, purchase order number and date of purchase otherwise customer service WILL NOT help you. Truly i have a litany of screw-ups too much to mention all sucking my wallet dry. History shows a business as such is terminal and is only a matter of time when it closes up. Consumers cannot beware with these ongoing practices. After ordering item your money is gone, before you get the item also beware chances are you will not get your money that wrongfully taken from you. Do yourself a favor or unless your e gluten for punishment AVOID THS VENDOR enough is enough rose
