I ordered a pair of jeans from this site in petite inseam size, then when I got it in the mail, they were the super long inseam ones that were mis-tagged. So I returned it THAT day, and they received it 2 days later (Thursday).

Got an email on Friday saying they received it and will refund my bank account on Monday. Then Monday came, they emailed me saying sorry for the mis-tagged jeans and they can ship me the right one ONCE they have that in stock. I replied immediately saying, no I just want a refund as stated on the return form.

So then Wednesday came, and no refund. I emailed them to see what was going on and they said "Oops we accidentally scheduled it for NEXT Monday!" Um, ok why would they do that in the first place anyway? They told me they were processing the refund that day, and 4 days later still no money in my bank account.

I will never shop here again as they have HORRIBLE & SLOW return process even when you do a fast return. Mis-tagged products, forgetting to schedule returns - I don't know what's up with these people. I hope I get my money back soon. Shop elsewhere!

I ordered Citizens of Humanity Amber Mid Rise in the Collector's wash. I already own 2 of these exact pairs that I purchased from Nordstrom, and I can tell you for sure that the jeans I received from ShopLAStyle were not authentic. From what I can guess, they were an old, discontinued pair (probably used too) of COH Amber Mid Rise jeans that were dyed to be close to the Collector's wash. The fit and the denim weight were nothing like the two authentic pairs that I own and those are the two reasons I love the jeans. There were no original COH tags on the jeans either, further proving that they were phony. I returned these jeans immediately and it took a really long time to receive my refund too, more than any other retailer from whom I have purchased. I will never buy anything from this site again.

Absolutely atrocious customer service and horribly inflexible return policy. I would strongly encourage any online shoppers to look elsewhere before doing business with this group.
