Do ***NOT*** order from ShopLadder also known as IVG Stores. I thought that I was ordering from Sear. I didn't realize that I was ordering from a 3rd party. It has been next to impossible to return a table. They are charging me $147.85 restocking fee and $248.31 pick up fee. They have told me numerous times that YRC Trucking, Inc. would come pick up the table. I could never get a confirmed date. I spoke with Cheyenne Early (aka Amy) on the phone several times. She made multiple promises that she could not keep. She gave me a date/time on the phone which was different from the Bill of Lading that she emailed. I waited from 10am-3pm for the driver at YRC Trucking to pick up the table. I never received a phone call or an email stating if they were going to come get the table or not. Kelsey with YRC Trucking initially told me that they only deliver freight. They don't pick up any items from customers once they have been delivered. After waiting for 5-hours, I called ShopLadder aka IVG Stores. I spoke with China (would not connect me with a supervisor/manager) and Orrine. China kept putting me on hold while I was speaking and Orrine (Sr. Customer Service Rep) did not want to listen at first to anything that I had to say. I kept asking for the name/address/email of the President and CEO. He initially kept refusing to disclose any information because he said that I wouldn't need it after speaking with him. Orrine eventually said Bill Rochelle is the President/CEO. I feel as though the agents and the handling of my return escalated my frustration with their company. I was able to eventually talk without interruption from Orrine and described the many inconveniences that their company has cause us. Then YRC Trucking showed up at 4:18pm (Ring.com) which is an 1h18mins after the 5-hour window where they wanted to make sure that I was at home. They were supposedly on the other phone line contacting them once I called letting them know that they had yet another service failure with us. I had started working again not expecting the table to get picked up until Wed, May 29 according to Orrine. Orrine said he would send an email with the new details and call me/YRC on May 28 to (re)confirm. Needless to say, I never received an email from Orrine. I was working at 4:18pm and unable to stop for the YRC guy who didn't have a dolly or anything in hand to take a 205lb table. I couldn't waste any additional time on them for that day. I felt as though a 5-hour window of patiently waiting was reasonable. This entire ordeal has been overwhelming. Shop Ladder changed their name to IVG Stores. It's the same staff filled with lies and deceit. Please stay away from them! This has been the most horrible experience ever!

Horrible -Unable to reach Customer Service on several attempts.
June 23, 2018

I placed an order through Walmart.com for a 7 piece Patio Dining Set which included 1 Table and 6 chairs. Yesterday, I received a Table... no chairs. Walmart told me since it was a third party distributor that I needed to contact the vendor directly. Coincindentally, before I could call Shopladder/IVG I received an email from them saying there was an error withy order and to contact their customer service.

I now have called THREE times. The first time my call was answered by someone who seemed annoyed that their Customer Service department wasn't picking up because they were supposed to be answering phones until 7pm Pacific Time. This was around 4pm Central time (2pm Pacific). She asked if I could call back in short while. I waited about 45 mins and called again. The girl said she didn't know why Customer Service STILL wasn't answering but took my information for them to call me back today. After not receiving a call back, I called them again today and the same person told me Customer Service was STILL not answering. She gave me another number to try. I called it and got a different person who was very rude. As I explained tonher my situation she gave me attitude and told me all she could do is forward my message again to Customer Service.

I then called Walmart.com and explained the issues I was having with the vendor. They put in a request to them to replace my set and I was told the vendor would issue me a shipping label for the wrong product I received. I have NO idea when I will receive that email.

Please do NOT order from this company. Take a look at your orders on Walmart.com to ensure your product comes from Walmart and not a 3rd Party Vendor.

Lesson Learned.
