Shopkastking

I was pretty happy with this reel at first. However after only a few months of use the rotor already has a groove in it from the fishing line and it is rusting and I only fish in freshwater. Meaning that groove will inflict severe wear on the line and possibly even cut the line when fighting A fish. Obviously the rotors are not chromed or hardened as the well made spincast reels from the 60s and 70s were. And these Brutus reels are way to expensive to be a disposable one year reel.
Plus I contacted the manufacturer and Even though my reel is less than a year old they would not honor the 1 year warranty because I didn't order it from Kastking.

They cancelled my order a half a dozen times and never responded to my emails. I've tried not using coupon codes and I've tried different credit cards. There is no phone number listed. They are a fraud. I read some information on their website that is off. They refer to themselves as "supplier of replacement parts and accessories for cell phones, tablets and other devices." I think they just lifted some other companies information and pasted it on this site. Be careful with them. I'm not sure what they are going to do with my information!

Past few days, I placed 2 orders but all got cancelled without any explanation. Sent email to them but never got replies. They have all my contacts including my credit card. I will be calling my credit card company to have them issued new card.

They sell different articles, in some different qualities, the price will tell you its quality as everything you buy... just the same as other online shops. The difference I have found is the customer service, quite fast and with solutions, I can't tell the same thing with other well-known online shops.
I buy so many thing from this size. All is ok. The service is very good. I recommended this site to my friend all of them also love this

So far a really good experience, ordered three times and all arrived within three weeks. Aftersales very good, one flashlight worked for only 20 minutes, had to send them a short movie with the problem and they have send a new item for free!
Will order again.

After couple months of waiting for my order and don't receiveing it. Shopkastking offerd me to resend it and again after not receiving it they offered me full refund. Shokastking has been so far very understanding and gave great support.
