Worst experience ever! Ordered some stuff a month ago and they were just recently cancelled for no reason and one is still processing. A order was "delivered" to another states on the opposite coast and another order was sent without a tracking number. The customer service never responds to my emails again nether does the number given work.

My order took two weeks to ship. It shipped to halfway across the world to Japan and I'm in America. They haven't answered any emails at all. It seems like a scam.

Shopiosx shipping was incredibly fast and the fact that it was free through FedEx was a bonus. When my iPad 10 arrived, I discovered that it was not only authentic but also came in its original Apple box (pictures included). The attention to detail was evident as they even included bubble wrap in the packaging to ensure maximum protection during transit. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend ShopiOSx for their exceptional products and excellent service. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

They gave me a fake tracking ID, customer service doesn't work. No way to reach them. It's all a scam don't buy from them.

Although I'm unsure if the damage occurred during shipping or not, I am confident that ShopiOSx will address this issue efficiently. The screen powers on without any problems, but the glass damage is a bit too much for my liking. Rest assured, I will update my review once I receive my exchanged iPad Air 5. Based on their customer service so far, I trust that ShopiOSx will provide a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

While I appreciate that ShopiOSx offers a friendly customer service experience and pays promptly through PayPal, I find it concerning that the inspection process took a lengthy 7 days. Additionally, the lack of a tracking system on their website is inconvenient and forces customers to rely on email communication with specific individuals like Jessica. Although they did offer a higher payout compared to Gazelle, it's important to consider whether the longer wait time and limited tracking options are worth the extra $200.

I know this site seems sketch, and there is a possibility that all the reviews for this website are bought. I decided to give it a try anyway, I ordered an Iphone 13 pro max, even paid for shipping protection, and for priority shipping. The phone never arrived on time so they gave me my priority shipping back to me in credit (Cool) but then it was shipped to a whole different address in a whole different state. I contacted customer service but they're so hard to get into contact with. Yet, even if they do contact you nothing gets resolved. I don't ever recommend buying from this site its all a scam. I hope I can prevent someone else falling for this facade website. 0/5 if i could put it.

I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

They sent me the wrong tracking number. The processing already took a suspicious amount of time so I was getting anxious if they would ever ship it. But to my surprise, they finally did ship it! But Alas! It was a fake tracking number. I wasted close to $200 in purchases on this site. Now I know for sure it's a scam and it's never going to arrive. Someone should file a lawsuit against this company. For reference, this is the tracking number they gave me: 6A*******992 via FedEx

I'm so disappointed with ShopiOSx.com. I bought a Nintendo Switch online and their shipping costs were outrageous - cancelling out any discount that I got. Even worse, they don't have any brick and mortar stores near me, making it impossible to just go to the store and buy it there. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Aiden who works at Shopiosx saved the day by helping me update my order's address. He was super cool, knew everything about what he was doing, and made the whole thing super easy. Thanks to Aiden, my order will be at my house in Atlanta by Friday. It's crazy how fast they got it all together and shipped it from their warehouse in Menlo Park, CA. I seriously think Shopiosx is the bomb for their awesome customer service and how well they handle orders. A big shoutout to Aiden and the whole team!

My iPhone 15 got delivered yesterday with USPS I'm so happy! I ordered the pink color Shopiosx site said it was going to take 21 business days to ship but it shipped on Friday with overnight. Legit! Real! They have authentic iPhone 15. I posted a photo with my review I'm so thankful for these people I recommend this store if you need a new iPhone or anything Shopiosx is the best

I had the opportunity to pre-order a 3 in 1 gaming bundle from Shopiosx back in July, and although it was initially disappointing that the item was out of stock, I must say that the customer support team at Shopiosx was incredibly helpful throughout the entire shipping process. They responded to my emails and calls and provided me with constant updates on the status of my order. Finally, last week, I received the long-awaited shipping information and today, my gaming bundle is out for delivery by UPS. While it did require some patience due to the pre-order nature of my purchase, I can confidently say that Shopiosx's customer support made the waiting process much more bearable.

However, their customer service was incredibly helpful and accommodating - they immediately sent me out the right color without any additional charges. Shopiosx is a scam. I purchased an oculus and it was supposed to be delivered with next day shipping and it never came. It is never going to come and that's pretty clear, I can't get in contact with anyone from the support team and I can't get a refund, I'm going to leave bad reviews on every website I can. This has been a horrible experience.

I recently tried to log into Shopiosx.com and had a lot of trouble. My login link sent to my email expired and I was unable to get help logging in. I reached out to customer service multiple times but was unable to get anyone on the phone during the week. This left me feeling frustrated and helpless, they are on the west coast and have no locations near me.

I brought an iPhone 11 from shopiOSx around Christmas. After a few months of use, my phone is still working perfectly fine and has a 100% battery health. I paid an extra $20 for shipping through USPS, the phone arrived within a week. The clear case that was sent with it did get dirty, but everything else was in great condition.

The brightness was set to the default level, ensuring a perfect viewing experience right out of the box. Although the shipping cost me an extra $100 for delivery to Albuquerque, it was definitely worth it. Not only did my package arrive quickly and securely, but my customers have yet to complain about anything.

I was really excited to order my Oculus Quest 2 from Shopiosx.com after reading some good reviews, but unfortunately it caused me to suffer from motion sickness and I had to return it. After contacting them, they informed me that the inspection process would take approximately 7 days, followed by another 7 days for payment processing. I received the payment on PayPal yesterday currently, their only payout option is PayPal. ShopiOSx inspection team deducted $40 due to some cracks on the phone I sold.
