Shopify has been instrumental in helping me launch and grow my e-commerce business. The platform's user-friendly interface, customizable templates, and robust features make it easy to create and manage a professional online store. I appreciate Shopify's comprehensive suite of tools, including inventory management, order processing, and marketing solutions, which streamline operations and drive sales. Moreover, the platform's integration with third-party apps and services enhances functionality and scalability. With Shopify, I have everything I need to succeed in the competitive world of e-commerce, and I'm grateful for the support and resources it provides to help me achieve my business goals.
They keep putting my payouts on hold with no explanation. This is the second time, and it has been nearly 4 weeks with no reason given. They have a web-based customer support system that seems to just be a buffer so you can't speak to anyone directly, they only tell you that your issue is being handled with their highly trained specialists. It has caused me, and my family great harm and difficulties and I doubt I'll be able to stay open. My customers blame me for stealing money, when I can't use the money, they paid to fulfill their orders. This has been a very bad experience.
I have been using it for a while, I have made really good projects on different freelancing platform and the whole thing is good.
There are certain aspects that need improvement but it's not a big deal I think.
The builder is intuitive and there are some powerful backend features to help with selling. However it's expensive to add apps and plugins. My monthly fees are around $300.
Tip for consumers:
Woocommerce is more flexible and cheaper but has a steeper learning curve

This can help you show the world what you sell in easy steps. It has got super easy-to-use interface and settings. If you however not willing to spend to keep your products up just stay away!
Opened a store on here and being that I'm not really technical or web saavy. Found it easy to navigate and pretty straightforward and mostly simple. I really liked that I went and found a guy to do the aesthetics and I'm up and running. Would recommend

OK, you have see the advertisements and heard on the hoopla... OPEN YOUR OWN SHOPIFY STORE! So now what. Now I can right a book on the negative and the positive on this but here is a short short summary of both. First the negative side, Its drop shipping... you will have suppliers who don't ship as fast as you like so you will have problems with a customer or two because of it, you are NOT in control remember that once you place an order its in their hands. Oberlo is the system they use ( they own Shopify) but doesn't matter they run things, Oberlo I guess gets a taste of all you buy through them... and let me put it this way you have a lot to learn so get ready. Even building your store is a task, also. DON"T GO GANG BUSTERS TAKE IT EASY a little product at a time... Now the Positive side. Its a great side line for making a few extra bucks, they have GURU's who you can text or call any time and they know their stuff and they can help you on any matter.and here is some great advise they have a section where you can go and buy an existing store or a template already made up and I advise you do this
