Over the past year I've ordered satin pillowcases (w/hidden zipper) in various colors & sizes at least 7 timesbut recalling those I ordered as gifts, it might actually be 10 times. I'm surprised to read the negative reviews, since I found orders were easy to place, shipping was fast & customer service was all I could ask foractually more, since they contacted me in order to rectify a problem I mentioned in a previous (positive) review. That was a broken zipper after washing. (*Be certain to close zippers & follow washing instructions). Without any additional questions, a replacement king size pillowcase was sent to & received by me within a week. These satin cases work great for protecting hair styles & help to prevent hair loss for anyone with thinning hair or those confined to bed for extended time. I have complete confidence in this company & have (& will continue to) recommended it to family & friends. Hopefully, naysayers will give them another try. This is my FAVORITE satin pillowcase shopping site: best color choices, products are as seen, prices are extremely reasonable, shipping is fast & I found customer service to be high above average.
Which is absolutely none. After the first dumpster fire of an ordeal I had with this ShopBedding sham, I decided, against my better judgment, to give it a second attempt for the benefit of the doubt. Customer service had "guaranteed" a better experience after I regaled them with the last time I waited 4 years and several promised refunds for an order AND a replacement order that NEVER CAME. I'd obviously give zero stars if remotely possible.

Package arrived 2 days after i placed the order. We're in the middle of a snowstorm but the packaging was secure and the product was protected well. I opened it immediately and put it on the bed -- it is perfect. I saw another review mention that it was wrinkly, but it's meant to be a little bunched up and whimsical. It is light and airy, not stuffy, and you can also put this in the washer and dryer, or iron it if so desired. I also got two of the pillow shams so no matter what comforter is on the bed it's all tied together beautifully. Tip -- make sure to measure the height from the top of the box spring to the ground. This product comes in 14,18, or a 21 inch drop, so get the correct one for your bed!
