Good Afternoon Shoe Zone, Firstly, I must say I don't normally give or get involved with feedbacks In this case I had to make an exception. Because a member of your staff I now know her name is Amanda. Well done for employing her she was very helpful and professional I went into your Enfield branch yesterday and was greeted by a lady I now know to be Amanda. Amanda, helped me choose a shoe for my Father who is 88. Please can you pass on my gratitude to Amanda Kind Regards Mrs Brown
If I could give NO STARS I would, absolute appalling company with even worse customer service. I ordered some work shoes, first of all they use the awful company Hermes/Evri so it was lucky I even got my order after finding it dumped outside and they didn't even knock. Then when I opened the package to find one of the shoes is damaged, I contacted customer service for them to offer me a measly £3 off and ask me to keep them. Now I've had to go out of my way to return them, I'm without shoes and I've had organise it. I would NEVER order from them again or recommend time wasters.

I buy two times in last three months school shoes for my son first time broken I ask on longsight shope that ceipttime I don't have receipt thay said you don't have so we can't do any thing for you. I buy new one. After one month same problem and this time I have receipt but thay said we do any thing. Buy new one...

Great online store if you want comfy shoes that don't cost a fortune. Styles are great, love their range of winter boots Occasionally you will find sizes are smaller than expected.
I ordered the Adidas-Gucci Gazelle sneakers. They charged me, sent me a confirmation of my order, and that was the last day ever heard from them. I sent them emails— asking for my order number, shipping information, tracking and general information of when I was going to receive my product. Never heard from them.
Feel proud to wear. Damn high quality leather. Free and faster shipping is extra benefit. After sale support is too good
Ordered the shoes on the 26 November 2022 with shoe zone and would be delivered by Evri on the Wednesday the 30 November 2022. Delay so next day. Evri say the delivered but only not where. 3 times I had a conversation with shoe zone and 3 times they ask me to wait 48 hour. Finaly delivey on the 7th December 2022 but got lost or not delivered the new shoes get send out delivery Saturday 10 December 2022 and the muppets use Evri again. Today 12 December 2022 no money back no shoes

I bought a pair of light ankle boots from Shoezone Lancaster. They mainly were a cheap spare pair of shoes for use on holiday and in the car. After 4 weeks of light use I started to notice that the surface of synthetic uppers was starting to separate from the main fabric. After 5 weeks weeks they are not remotely waterproof.
When I got home after exactly six weeks, I took them back to the store and the temporary manager refused to take them back or give credit and said they were badly worn and I must have been doing at least my 10k steps a day in them (as a pensioner with arthritis chance would be a fine thing!) I should phone customer service.
Didn't expect them to last for ever but I feel that the six weeks demonstrated the utter rubbish quality of the shoes.

This company is shocking. My shoes were delivered to the wrong address. They have told me I have to sign a document in order to get a refund but my phone doesn't have access to do this. They've made accusations of abuse from us when I asked for proof they don't have any. Our calls are actually recorded. And their customer service team were constantly talking over us. We have the proof. They say GDPR doesn't apply to them.
They don't have a written complaints policy.
And said they can't provide SARs which all by law they need to adhere too.
They currently have no manager on the customer service department she's on holiday so if you need to make a complaint it is tough. There's no one there to take one.

Tamar Lace Mens Trainers
Really bad trainers. Bought these for my son to wear to school and this is what they look like after 18 days. The sole has worn completely through and is paper thin everywhere else. The innersole has broken down into 3 pieces and the upper is delaminating to a very scruffy appearance. I would definitely not recommend them even if they were half this price. Totally unfit for purpose.

Had a reply from Shoezone customer services, saying that they deem this to be fair wear and tear. 18 days use is not what I would call a lot of use and going by Shoezones customer services attitude, you would need to buy 20.3 pairs of their trainers per year! Who buys 20 pairs of trainers a year? Sorry but that is just ridiculous.
PLEASE AVOID SHOEZONE!
