“I ordered 2 pair of flats, both 7.5”

I ordered 2 pair of flats, both 7.5. Received one 7.5 and the other was a size 7. Returned at my cost and requested a refund. After 3 weeks of nothing, I emailed to inquiry. They indicated that an exchange for size 8's had been requested. I had not requested an exchange and I was clear in my request for a refund. Still have not received it, and have been advised my size 8's are in the mail.

Terrible customer service! They were first dismissive of my complaint, then rude, and ultimately threatening. Stay away!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from the company on Amazon. I received 3 pairs vs 4 that I paid for. I emailed them and I was accused of it being at my neighbors, that I was trying to scam them for my own personal profit. They threatened to have amazon cut me off from ordering from them. Told me basically that is was my problem and they would not even look into. Thank you for AMAZON! I called they filed a claim after the rude email I received. Told me not to respond again. After a claim was filed with Amazon the seller emailed me again and Amazon accusing me of false claims and that I was trying to get money out of them. Please note that it was all over $27 pair of shoes. If I wanted to scam and file false claims it would not be over $27. I would choose an amount that I could really do something with. I would stay far away from this company in the future. After I sent a picture of my delivery, which Amazon told me I did not have to do but it was to prove a point, I did not hear back from the rude person behind the email. I would advise Amazon to remove their items from their website because that bad reputation will damage a company that actually cares about their customers.

This review is barely about the product, in fact it isn't at all.

My girlfriend and I called ShoeCafe 24 to inquire about the shipping and make sure these shoes would arrive by Halloween. After talking to them we were assured that spending $25 on expedited shipping would be worth it. The lady we spoke with told us if the product was "ordered by 1:00 pm on the 29th, it would be shipped out same day and arrive on Halloween day at the latest." She went so far as to promise us. We then made the decision to order the product early and were excited to have a complete costume.

The product did not arrive till the Monday after Halloween and to make matters better, it was a size too big.

I called ShoeCafe24 this morning to ask for an exchange and our $25 for shipping, I was greeted by an aggravated customer service rep who from the beginning was rude and told me I was wrong. I immediately asked to speak with her manager who she said was in a meeting for the next 10 minutes. I asked for the manager to call me back as soon as available. 15 minutes later I was called back by the same rep I had spoken to previously who began this conversation by telling me a different story than I had told her. When I tried to correct her she raised her voice at me further accusing me of lying and demanding evidence of the conversation. I told her I wanted to speak with her manager. When her manager got on the phone it was more of the same, until her manager LEFT OUR CONVERSATION WHILE I EXPLAINED MY FRUSTRATIONS WITHOUT A WORD. Yes, you read that correctly, she ended our conversation by simply handing the phone back to her employee and not addressing the problem. I immediately asked the rep to be handed back to the manager and was told the manager was in a meeting and would not be available until later today. She then told me that based on their records, nothing was wrong so they would speak to Amazon but that nothing was likely to happen because there were right and I was wrong.

So to recount:
45 minutes spent on the phone.
Was yelled at.
Was accused of lying and changing my story.
Was told that I was wrong
Was told that Amazon might be wrong.
Had a conversation with the manager ended without a courtesy.
Was told that I had to wait until later to speak with the manager again.
Was sent a pair of shoes that were too big.

I have dealt with poor customer service before... but this takes the cake. I am completely unconfident my $25 will be returned and that I will even get called back.

In other words... don't order from ShoeCafe24.
