Always friendly and helpful. Online shopping is quick and easy. Great variety of clothing for all ages and shapes. Appreciate the option to click and collect, as it saves on shipping costs. Returns, if needed, are hassle-free as postage is deducted from the refund, so you can quickly put it back in the post using the supplied label. He has been a satisfied customer for years. This page is reliable, I had a great shopping experience.
I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.
Good, but it appears that the shoe comes only in medium width. I believe my feet are somewhat wide. I hope the shoes fit comfortably. Otherwise, I'll have to return them.

Looking for a midweight winter boot.
Shoes arrived super quickly, perfectly packaged and with a spare set of matching yellow laces! Only issue is that this shoe runs a little small-- I ordered my normal size shoe (9.5 US) but for some reason the shoe feels a little snug at the top. So if you are ordering a pair please keep that in mind. Great deal regardless because I can actually still wear them

Great shoes, was waiting on size 11's to be in stock and they finally were. I read some of the reviews of them running small so I chose a half size larger than I normally do. They are still pretty tight, so I would suggest anyone interested in these getting at least a half size larger... if not 1 full size. That said, they are sweet looking shoes. They are still pretty hard, but looking forward to wearing them in. They go with just about anything.

Looking for a pair of white shoes with gum soles. I like the cut effects on the soles, as well as the use of the uncommon purple touches.
Last time I bought shoes online at a different site that shall not be named... The shoes I got from them were 4 sizes bigger than what I ordered. Here, the only thing I can complain about, if you have to complain about something, it was that it took a week to arrive instead of the agreed 3 - 4 business days. Not a crazy long wait either way. Since I didn't register and checked out as a guest, there was no way to start my return online like other websites. I was directed to send an email to customer service and 24-36 hours later they'd get back to me with info, return label, etc. I'd suggest making the returns a bit easier like most other websites.
Shoes came on-time and as described. Super comfortable. I was prepared for the narrower width and ordered up.
The Shoe Box seem to be very old with lots of dust and soot around the Box
The shoes inside had no tissue wrap around the shoes witches as sign of either remainder or defective or really old shoes

So happy! I got Cole Haan shoes at clearance prices. One thing that could've made my shopping a better-informed one was in providing a clearer description of the loafers I bought. They were described as "leather", thus leading me to believe they would be smooth, full-grain leather. (The pix were not very clear.) Instead, I received suede leather shoes! While I do love my loafers, I would have preferred to know in advance that they were suede, as this leather requires a lot more care.

Shoebacca bent over backwards to make this a good shopping experience, including discount prices, free shipping and then, unfortunately, free returns. The shoe didn't fit as expected and we had to return it. But so far (waiting for refund) it's been a seamless experience. I'll shop with Shoebacca again.

Purchased a big name shoe, but when my husband tried it on, there was no arch support whatsoever. We plan to return it.
This was a well-known shoe company, so we thought it would be a good shoe. He is on his feet on a concrete floor all day and needs a shoe with arch and cushion.

Great shoes for my job.
I wore it to walk around to try and break it in but felt the shoe was a bit tight. I made sure it's a 2E but I felt like it was not 2E. I buy only Asics 2E size 8 but this one was a bit tight on the side. Not sure if it was style? But I bought this to run in but now I feel this is not the right shoe. I am planning to run in the Rock n Roll `1/2 marathon in San Jose on Oct. 3rd but looks like I will have to find something else. I hope i can return this shoe.

The actual purchase from the website was very smooth. I received an order confirmation through email, but never received any shipping notifications or follow-ups after that. It was very hard to get any sort of update on my order after that because I did not have an account and made the purchase as a "guest". The order itself and product was great. The communication was lacking a little.

The shoes were delivered as expected and as promised, but not WOW factor involved... nothing that lends itself to top of the line exceptional performance. Just down the middle, average, the same as most other vendors in the retail business these days.

I've ordered five pairs of sneakers. I've learned through trial and error to order a full size up as the first couple of pairs were too small. (I think they're sending me the European 9 1/2:-) Luckily, the smaller shoe fit my son, so I didn't have to return them.
I find the sneakers to be of good quality. I have not had to deal with the customer service side of the business, so I have no feedback on that.

Thanks for the feedback! Most all of our shoes are in US sizes. The exception would be brands like Birkenstock which are manufactured in Europe and are displayed on our website in European sizes. It sounds like your shoe may be running a bit small causing the fit to be off. I'm glad they fit your son but we do offer free returns should you ever need to return a pair.
