Why does it advertise one price underneath shoe then when you click on it is $10 more?

Well I ordered a pair of Scott tennis shoes and they were way too small, i sent them back, they were delivered to Irving TX, im waiting on refund. meanwhile I ordered a pair of Diadora and they arrived, fit perfect,they were on sale for a great price..so i ordered a 2nd pair.
The very next day...I didnt even get to wear them, the rubber came unglued at the toe. i req a return, chose defective as the reason, and my est refund is $12 less than what i paid?? I will update this review

Everything was fine until they arrived. I wanted brown and somehow ordered black. Then when I went to search for black found the same shoes on Hush Puppy's website for $30 less. Now I'm contemplating returning these and buying from Hush Puppy.

Will a restock fee be applied to return an item under $50 if the customer just didn't like it or changed their mind?

My purchases were made as a guest and for whatever reason I never received a confirmation of my order and could not track it.
Also I never received a receipt of order. Customer service was very helpful in finding and tracking my order but could not provide me with a receipt or copy of my confirmation. I am hoping this was because purchase was made as a guest.

I order from here a lot I've had really good experiences but my last order was very disappointing my box was really crushed like someone played kick ball with it, I did not get a receipt and no return label in case I needed to return them this experience was disappointing for me

Product is great, it came two days early. Everything was perfect except no fault of Shoebacca the Postal service left the package on the road by the mailbox. I'm lucky a neighbor saw it and picked it up, but super impressed with the ease of ordering and really fast shipping. Next time I'll use my PO BOX for shipping. I'll be ordering again.

You guys are awesome. Your website is clean and easy to navigate. Free shipping. Plenty of choices. Great photos of the shoes with multiple angles. And you always have a 10% code to take knock off the taxes. Unfortunately, if a shoe is under 50$ you charge a "restocking fee". So, I lost money on the fact that the shoes were ill fitting. I won't be ordering from you guys again. Sorry

When the shoes were not delivered when I had expected them the task of trying to track the shipment was very frustrating. It was extremely difficult to access or find a customer service with this company. I was about to give up when finally they arrived. They were several days late according to the delivery date.

I bought ASICS. Five minutes after making the purchase a deal was sent to my email that added 6 pair of Asics socks with each order. I asked to be included in this offer but was not. This was a disappointment. I did receive the shoes and glad I read the customer comments and ratings. One recommended getting a 1/2 size larger because the shoes ran small. I did and good think. They fit with no room to spare. If I would have ordered my usual size they would be too small and be coming back.

I bought large and extra large just so I would make sure they fit cuz usually I fit bigger on the top. Both of these shirts are too big for me so maybe they do run true to the size. Plus it looks a little bulky not form fitting at all.

The carrier was not good they came to my address didn't know or anything and leave a paper on the out side it was not even written up properly

I placed my order with Shoebacca. I never received a confirmation email. I had to call and ask for one. I needed to return the shoes because they were a little big. Other websites make it much easier to process returns. I called twice and both the customer service reps were very helpful and pleasant.

I would have given you, a 5*rating. There's two reasons, why! I didn't rate you with a 5*rating, is due to, the $10.00 promotional discount, code, for signing up; did not go through. The message, kept inform ing me that the code, was invalid. The second reason, due to the clearance sale, for these sneakers, says, $29.99. When I added them to my cart. The price, came to-$39.99. Instead of, your websites, listed price of $29.99. That's-with out, the total price, at, check out. This, is why I've given you, a 3*-rating-instead of, a five 5*rating.

P.s. Hopefully, these types of bloopers, if that's what it was, must not happen, in the future.

The site keeps going back to the start after you add something to the cart. Very frustrating. Tried many times to get the coupon code for a first purchase but it won't accept my cell number probably because it is Canadian. I live in AZ for part of the year so this is also frustrating.

I purchased some basketball sneakers for my son for his tryouts. I received cowboy boots instead. Customer service was awesome and made the return easy but who ever in the warehouse was not paying attention.

Shipping was fairly quick & delivery was prompt. I'm not super happy with the boots as the description says they are insulated with shearling fleece lining & they are not. The boots are very thin & certainly not well insulated. They are surprisingly comfortable though so I will keep them for warm weather hiking or daily wear. The prices are this site are about average, not really overpriced but not a great deal either.

The box was badly damaged when it arrived. I inspected the shoes and they seemed to be ok. Recommend that you improve on packaging

There was some white paint on my right shoe. I was able to get most of it off with some light scrubbing and solvent.

Ultimately when i received shoes they were Womens size and im Mens size 11, not sure what happened there. Delivery also got delayed twice(but i get it its busy being covid times and all).
Return process fairy simple but now i may get charged a $6.50 restock fee for a mistake on their side. All i want is correct shoes i ordered.

Purchase very good. I have a serious balance problem and desired a new pair of black shoes. I have always liked Cole Haan shoes and have shopped and travelled to Maine almost yearly for over 60 years. The shoes I bought will not fit my purchase purpose as I am more unstable and apt to fall when wearing them. I realize they are not returnable and am looking for a person to give them or will find a way to provide them to a local Boulder, Colorado Charity.

I found that the shopping on shoe Becca very easy prices were good and I know that I have received one package I'm waiting on another package and I'm just hoping that when I get home because I'm a truck driver and I tried the shoes on that they fit if not I'll have to try to find out about trading them or swapping them or refunding or something but as of right now with one package that I've gotten I'm happy with with the delivery time shopping experience so far so good let you know if the second package comes in.

Product was fine but two reps assured me of an additional $10.00 off for supplying my email which I never received. I should have paid $69.99 not 79.99. It's left a bad taste. Not likely to buy again.
