I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card. I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is. Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.
Poorly made shoes. The shoes do not match in size and as well as embellishment like where you put a toe in one toes huge and the other toe is small. My husband paid for them all almost $300. He is pissed.

I love the little daisies on my shoes and I got a little blue shoes that kind of look like gym shoes they are very comfortable I got my husband a pair of slip on shoes that he loves they're comfortable that's the only three that bit that I can keep the rest I need my money back for which I spent over $300 on them so please help me get them returned thank you very much and I'm don't mean to be mean and I'm sorry.
I love their shoes I've been taking with Tom's shoes for several years now I like the idea I can buy the shoes and they get to have buy one they give one. Being supportive shoes and look so cute I can't go wrong. My husband needs supportive shoes he's a diabetic and we've got to keep his feet healthy.

I ordered a limited edition Puma deva boot. It came to me damaged which was ridiculous. I had already ordered my clothing to match that could not be returned. Everything was on a time limit and final sale. If i wanted a damaged rusted shoe I could have bout it from Ebay or a consignment store! A limited edition shoe people! I wasted my window waiting for my money to come back and the shoe in my size is gone from other locations!
I ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was perfect, exactly as described and sized perfectly. The second pair was supposed to be a slate grey but turned out to be very blue and huge (I can not wear them as they are at 2 sizes too big). Shipping was quick but the boxes were extremely dusty setting off my daughter's dust allergy. I will be looking to return the second pair as soon as I figure out how.
Two items were originally ordered on April 8,2023, purchased confirmed via Amazon. Only one item was delivered in the shipping box. Two phone calls to Shoebacca CS were attempted during posted business hours, no answer. Detailed email with photos describing situation sent to Shoebacca CS, no response. Contacted Amazon, and after some effort received a full refund of the missing shoes.
On April 19th, re-ordered and paid for the original missing item directly from Shoebacca, paid for expedited shipping. Replacement product was received without issue on April 21,2023.

I'm sorry to give you a 2 stars, but you failed on the delivery promise day, and those shoes were my wife birthdays gift.
I called twice in a different days. So the first representative told me that he is going to escalate the issue and then he will send me and email with an update but that never happened. So I called for second time and the representative told me that he sorry, but the system wasn’t working properly and because of that he tried to give me a 15% off in the next purchase, but I refused that, because that’s not enough for me. To be honest that was my first order with shoebacca and the experience wasn’t to good.
The price of the shoes and the delivery time was excellent. Unfortunately, I ordered light pink shoes. The picture on the site looks like a very light or beige color, so I ordered them without reading the color description (after wearing the shoes outside, where the sun made the color more noticeable, I went back to the product and found the color listed in the details; I had to search for it to find it). It's on me for not reading the description, It would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL if the color was listed in a more prominent location.

Make sure you are happy with your purchase because Shoebacca does not pay for return shipping and on top of that they charge a $6.50 restocking fee under a $50.00 purchase. I would recommend Amazon. They offer free returns on their shoes and free shipping.
It's my fault for buying a different brand of shoe than I normally do online the Pumas don't fit me well and I can't wear them they hurt my feet.

I ordered shoes in my correct size the first time around from Shoebacca via amazon and I received the wrong shoe. After tons of emails, and time and even a return fee to amazon. I did get my shoes. When I started a new dialogue, to Shoebacca's credit, they gave me a refund but I would have appreciated the correct shoes the first time around and not waiting.
At first, they were very unhelpful but then I started a new email chain and shoebacca was helpful.

Ordered two weeks ago, still waiting for my shoes. My order was processing until I contacted customer service. After 3 messages, I finally got an update. After I was told they would be shipped on Monday, I checked my order status for tracking info and found nothing. The order said it was complete. I had to reach out again for my tracking information. The tracking says they are coming Friday. I guess we'll see if they show up!

Hi, I ordered Betsey Johnson Pearl sneakers which were $74.97and had a $10. Coupon for signing up.Very disappointed as when you pay this much for sneakers they should be new in boxThey weren't so I called to get an addition discount and instead was offered a 15% off next purchase.I think if the purchase is tried on already there should be a bigger discount.Therefore the 15% should have been applied to my present purchase not future. THANK YOU VERY DISAPPOINTED.I was offered to send them back but to much work, so keeping them but not happy.
Overall, I am happy with the goalie gloves that I ordered for my son. However, I was a bit disappointed in the fact that. I received my "free gift" charging bank separately and advised my complete order had been delivered. I was not advised that there were two separate orders. When I called Shoebacca the customer service reps were very nice and helpful but had no idea where the second package was or if it even shipped and had to open an investigation. Ironically two days later the second package arrived.

These are no where near as good fitting as my others from a box store, to the point the I think the shoes are 'blems' from production, the right arch is not in the correct place and the right shoe makes my foot contact weird causing my knee to hurt. I should have tried to return them but after how unimpressive the ordering and shipment tracking system was I just gave up and am dealing with them. I ordered 3 Rivers End dress shirts, 2 XL and one Large... I got one XL shirt, (correct) and one Medium fleece hoodie (incorrect) no big deal, and one large shirt (so I thought) I had time to reorder the XL shirt, but I was getting the Large shirt out of the bag that says L for large, and the shirt is actually a Small. With no time to reorder for my wedding on Saturday.
Never had a problem with shipping from shoebacca, however who ever packed my box forget to put in one of my items and also forgot to put my invoice. I was at a lil annoyed because it was an whole outfit with sneaker and the packer forgot to put my jogger pants. I was ready to return the whole order. However a nice costumer service rep help and resolve the situation!

"not working" There was no display on the watch face and was not able to get any display. I called you customer. The young lady was a delight to deal with. She provided me with the necessary paperwork to return the watch.

It was one of a very website that had the specific model of the watch I wanted. Best Buy, Timex, Fred Meyer - none had that in stock. I was competing in a triathlon that weekend and the my same model watch had died.
I have had that Timex model in several different colors for years. They last 3-4 years and give out.
Only emails received are initial purchase confirmation and emails specially in response to me calling customer service. Shipping confirmation/tracking information is not emailed nor is it on the order management portal. Customer service on the phone is competent but it typically takes awhile for them to understand the issue. During my 15 minute call yesterday with customer service asking about the status of a refund on a return that was delivered back over two weeks ago, customer service agent called me "sir" even though I am not a man.
