I would give 10 stars if I could. Let me tell you how amazing this service is. I found a vintage sweater from 2007 in excellent condition for a great price on Kleinanziegen in Berlin, Germany. Since I'm in the US I was unable to build an account and purchase. I found MyGermany.com and used their service but there was no communication for 2 weeks and I reached out and they said the seller was non-responsive. So then I decided to try Shippn.com even though there were mixed reviews which I don't know why because they are great. They made extra effort to reach the seller who was on vacation, picked up the item, and shipped it to me within 2 weeks. Item is in awesome condition and the priced I paid for the concierge buy for me service and shipping to me from Germany was less than the price of a brand new sweater. I have no hesitation in recommending this great company with great customer service. Yes they are legit!

I needed an item I couldn't get in the US. The Canadian supplier couldn't/wouldn't ship to the US. I was able to use Shippn to purchase the item, have it sent to someone in Canada and then have it sent to me. It was a bit of a clunky process but it went as good as could be hoped for considering all of the logistics of a foreign transaction using a third party.

My first experience with Shippn was excellent. They make the process of planning your package shipment very easy such as picking your host address and estimating shipping costs. The host I selected was very kind, helpful and quick to keep my package moving once they received it. I had a question while my package was in transit from the source shipper which I reached out to Shippn support on and they were very quick to respond as well as very helpful. This is a service I would gladly use again.

This was my first time using a reshipping service and it was a great experience my package was reshipped out within a couple hours and I got my package 6 days earlier than it was estimated my host was awesome the company was awesome everything was awesome I couldn't recommend it anymore the only thing that I would say is to make sure you understand the difference between the volumeric weight and the actual weight
