“Three successful orders with shippn”

I'm a collector of a particular brand of product from around the world. Since discovering shippn two months ago, I've been able to shop for my favorite things in new markets such as Australia and South Africa. I've placed three orders with shippn so far, and the fragile and hard to find items have all reached me quickly and in perfect condition. I've worked with two separate hosts on the three orders and both were a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

My item was almost weightless, but I got charged with 3 kg. Plus, the package was not sealed properly, the item inside was almost exposed, the box came with damaged and ripped!

Horrible experience, the shipping is so overpriced and almost half as much more than the amount you get from their shipping calculator. Their Buy-For-Me service being non-refundable is really stupid and customer unfriendly. Their just scamming my money atp.

These guys are crooks. Their Buy-for-Me service is a total scam. You have to pay up front and, once they have your money, you'll never see it again. I paid over $2,000 USD for an item that was never delivered. They then admitted that it wasn't delivered and promised to refund my money, but never did. Shippn is a great idea, poorly and unethically implemented. I'll never use them again.

Tip for consumers:
Put your money in a paper shredder. It's faster and cheaper than using Shippn. Same result.

They never shipped what I ordered and didn't give me a refund.

Used "Buy for Me" service and bought 2 Phones from Australia,

In addition to expensive rate, only 1 phone was delivered to me. They claim that Shipping company stole one of the phones, and they will communicate with them. It has been more than a month they didn't reply to me, and they ignore my emails. They didn't provide me with claim number.
Moreover, I paid for shipment insurance, and I didn't get anything back.
I lost +1,000 USD, I have proof and all communication with them.

Please try other websites for this service.

You guys are thieves. You tried to steal 640GBP from my account by using my card details linked to my shippn.com account.
Don't worry i will dump all the screenshot on Trustpilot and sitejabber for the Whole world to see your criminal acts.
I create virtual debit cards for each of the online platform I want to transact with so incase anything goes wrong I will be able to identify where it's coming from. And the credit card number ending 7341 was only linked to your site alone which you guys stole my credit card information from backend and attempted to shop online for goods worth 640GBP@ Pci Pal Online Store.

I am going to screenshot this email and also post it on Trustpilot and Sitejabber so the whole world would see.

For your note, I have deleted my account with you criminals
I don't have any business to do with you criminals anymore
But for sure I will make sure I expose your fraudulent act to the whole world so no one would ever fall victim to your fraudulent activities.

I bought an $11.99 item which ended up at $19.79 with fees which I was ok with. Once the item was purchased they then added an additional $34.37 shipping fee. I was unhappy and wanted a refund and was told it was not possible

I decided to try the "buy for me" service and waited for it to be reviewed. Went to work for the day, came back, checked the status, it said the payment was declined. I thought that meant I wasn't charged and it told me to press "check out" again to retry, so I did. Curious, I go to my bank account and see that they actually DID charge me the first time, for $83.27. Now I have $83.27 missing from my account, and the pending order, which is the same exact thing that supposedly "failed" but still charged me the first time, is now charging me an extra $84.03! That's $167.30 freaking dollars! I was charged twice because they told me the payment failed, so I tried again, and now I've paid for the same thing twice and neither have worked. Support hasn't responded and I want my money back!

Update: The website is saying the second payment is now somehow declined, yet also still charged me according to my bank account statement, support contacted me and said the payments weren't successful even when I provided proof that both the first transaction for the product charged my account, as well as the retry. I'm actually starting to get really upset by this whole ordeal because this has cost me over $100 all because the website told me the first transaction failed and I didn't check to see if the money truly didn't get taken. Now the second one is doing the same thing. I'm also concerned as to why the retry payment cost me more when it was just a retry of the first transaction after it stated the payment didn't work. What the hell is wrong with this website?

I needed to ship something from france to Singapore, i thought it might be cheaper to find a forwarder. I WAS WRONG, the item cost about €18.50. They requested USD31.29 to ship to them. Then after requested another USD59.84 to ship to me in Singapore. For an item that is only 20g. They weight the item at 0.5kg

DO NO USE IT, the shipping fees are double

Zero communication. 3 days late shipping out the order. Had to force status update out of Shippn on email, Facebook and the chat on Shippn website. Dashboard doesn't work, does not reflect any status on any tabs to show progress report on the location, what stage the order was in, and shipping info. Avoid this service AT ALL COST, the headaches and problems that ensues with using Shippn, isn't worth it. I'd rather use eBay with inflated price, only that item I wanted wasn't available there.

They company will oppress your right to privacy by having all host open your mail. Its against the law to do that. They let me know which now i am required to mitigate my damages by choosing another company. I spoke to an attorney regarding this matter and they said i should file a police report against this company, but i am going to go with another company because i don't like my mail be opened nor inspected and you guys should stand up for your privacy rights as well and pick another company.

It is also a necessity for international shipping rules as stated in our terms and conditions article #26. We can send your order back to the seller without opening the box, it's not a problem and we don't demand any additional fee for the return. 2 days after ordering they decided they wouldn't ship to the address and cancelled my order. I entered it before paying them, why don't they validate the addresses automatically?

Too late for me now because my purchase had already shipped to them. So lost the price of my purchase.

Then their host signed for the package rather than returning to sender, even though Shippn had cancelled my order BEFORE it arrived to them, so I have no hope of recovering the lost funds or package.

Did they keep it for themselves? Or they just really enjoy recycling?

Don't risk it with this company.

Super sketchy company. STAY AWAY! The customer service representatives have zero idea what they are doing and are straight up liars. They also do not respond to emails. Shippn has held my packages for weeks without explanation and would not ship them out after numerous calls. They still have 4 of my packages worth thousands of dollars! If my packages are not returned to sender (I provided them with return labels!) I will be forced to open a lawsuit against them for the cost of goods. Shippn is by far the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for a shipping company.

We sent you several emails regarding the return of your items and as soon as we have received the return labels we have forwarded them to our hosts. As you have sent FedEx return labels and we do not have any partnerships with FedEx in Canada, we are not able to arrange a pick up from our hosts address. They will ship back your packages at their earliest convenience.

Do not use. All the reviews are fake. They make you pay and then block your ip address. That is why they make you pay first prior to giving forwarding address.
