IAmos710 was a pleasure. He was prompt in response, kept us well informed of his progress and delivery of our new 4 by 6 enclosed travel trailer went without a hitch. A true professional and would use him again for any delivery needs.
Not trustworthy at all, i shipped my car using shiply.com. The company i deal was another agent too unfortunately, they said it needs 10-12 day's it took a month and it was scratched from both sides and from the back. After i reported with shiply for the delay before i got it they just replied back we are just agent we can't do anything try to contact the company again. If I could give zero stars, I would, liars, theives, bullies, that may or may not be directly connected with them since they use 3rd party. I'm not saying that this is a bad company altogether, but my family's experience was very unprofessional. We wound up having to put things in storage at the last minute. We were not going to be bamboozled by those people. When things go wrong one party wants to blame the other. Whatever! To sum it all up. I say this. RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN LIKE THE GINGERBREAD MAN!

I ordered a courier to deliver a freezer in December 2023. The courier arrived to collect the freezer and the balance of their fee in cash, but the freezer was never delivered. I tried contacting the courier contractor multiple times to no avail. Shiply also tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with them.
I had taken out Shiply's insurance and launched a process to recover the cost of the stolen item. Shiply said they were looking into it but I have not heard anything from them despite contacting many times by email. Their phone number is always busy and suspect not an active line, as unlike a company of this size it rings straight to an engaged tone rather than having any sort of waiting system. It is a total scam. Would not recommend at all. It is really surprising they seem to have been endorsed by so many national publications.
Given this is now an insurance scam, on top of the theft of my undelivered item, I will be raising official complaints with the relevant authorities.
Really disappointing and a pain to have to deal with this mess.
This site is full of middle man cockroaches. If the name sounds white but you talk to them and the sound Middle Eastern or with an accent. You about to be taken for. They will quote you a cheap price. Get a driver and then call you back to tell you driver witll not do it for price your agree on but more. They harass you and I had one threatened me. If I wanted to too I would I can trace the number back. Go there and handle business but no I finally settled on one and the price was exactly what they quoted but the driver was so quick to get the $. I didn't get a chance to see the car but my daughter didn't know there was scratches on the bumper. I called and they were like insurance will take care of it. Nope I called u til they blocked me. $#*! these $#*! roaches next time I will just drive the damn car myself. It's not worth using them unless you know them. Don't use this site.

In August I booked a shipment for December. Shiply charged a deposit, which they advertised as fully refundable. In September, I cancelled that shipment to book with a different shipping company. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, rather than refunding it back to my card, they added it back as a credit on my account to use towards the next deposit I was going to place, which was slightly more. I thought this was fine, so I proceeded. In November, my move was cancelled and I reached out to them to again refund my deposit. They said they could only refund the additional part of the deposit I paid for the second booking, since the first booking was over 90 days prior. The "fully refundable deposit" never stated a timeframe, I assumed that if I cancelled before the truck was dispatched, it would be fully refunded! If they had refunded the initial deposit as I had requested, this wouldn't have happened. So, I'm out $208 for that first deposit, with absolutely zero service rendered. Read the fine print of the terms before you proceed. I was looking forward to recommending this service, but unfortunately this terrible customer service experience means I'll never use them again.
One of the worst experience as the delivery time and date was first really long and frustrating to establish and much later than what was agreed. They said to give a delivery slot within 3-4 days but I could only get it after 6days. The delivery was for today 21/03, which I asked to change as it is my birthday. They said they can't change the date to Friday or the weekend and I said I will come to the office only for them to receive the item if that's the only slot as I cannot do it next week.
The day before I confirmed with them the given delivery time and date.(see photo attached)
I came to the office to receive the item today only to get a text message at the time when delivery was supposed to be, that the delivery date is now changed to 23march Saturday (note that when I asked this date it wasn't given to me!)
The contact number of the particular company working for shiply (Gary83) is not working, you can never reach them by phone but don't think the shiply customer service contact number is working instead. The shiply customer service number advertised is also put there to mislead people into thinking there is a contact number *******2454) as this is a legal requirement. No, shiply doesn't have a phone service you can contact either. You can only raise a ticket.
There is no communication and everything is very frustrating, and utterly unprofessional
Please avoid unless you have no job or family to attend and have all the time in the world to be ready when they give you a time and date and then casually change it expecting you to be ready to receive the item
They will quote you a price that is way lower than the given. They will present you with prices over 40% higher than you were quoted. If you do not accept they will take your deposit
I had my TV picked up by Delonte Whitmire (Chief100) 12/15 Loyal Logistics and it was suppose to be 12/26 from NH to Va and he never showed up at my home so where is my Tv. I called left emails text messages and nothing, the few times he did answer he said I'll be there, but never showed up. So be careful of his name and this site I contacted Shiply and they giving me the run around. I'm filing a police report because somebody is going to replace my TV and He using this site to scam people like you and me PLEASE BE AWARE!
First Driver refused to on contracted price, 2nd driver didn't show, they provided a fake drivers license for the 3rd driver, then didn't provide a refund
Cant talk to transporter unless you pay 25 percent upfront. Millenial scammers.stay away. Would love 5 minutes alone in a room witb this little prick of am owner!

I've offered up three different motorcycle collection and delivery jobs based on a recommendation from a trusted contact within my inner circle.
I've had so many times wasters contact me through this platform who haven't bothered to read the brief and job requirements, which are crystal clear. As a result, my time has been wasted and I've lost money, not to mention damage my professional reputation.
I'll be reporting my findings far and wide, naming and shaming those organisations who've mislead me and my clients.
Paid Shiply deposit of $80, and the driver $150. It was required to driver half up front. The driver went MIA and quit communication thorough SHIPLY. Shiply supposedly does the vetting of these drivers and then takes no responsibility if they no-show. Shiply won't even give me my money back that I paid them. They want me to use that money for another shipment. I will never use them again. Scam of a conmpany.
Shiply was contracted to arrange shipping for a large piece of equipment from Northern Michigan to Nevada within a specific time frame. The seller of the unit was going to be leaving for Florida and would have to be present to drive and loathe machine. I gave them the time frame and the shipper they provided absolutely insisted that the job would be done within the time frame, about 2 weeks.
To be clear, Shiply is in the UK, and only acts as a middle-man for real shippers. These "real" shippers are usually also middle men for another layer of middle men who are not actual trucking companies. The final "middle man" couldn't get any trucker to commit for the price quoted and my load wasn't picked up, so now I am waiting until May 2024 for the seller to be available to load it. When I contacted Shiply to get a refund for the deposit they required, they insisted that I had to get time-proof-photos, showing that the load was still in Michigan.
Sorry, Shiply. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge.
The real problem here is too many middle men, adding nothing to the actual job, not having the least concept of the real costs of a shipment and just throwing out absurd bids to get the job.
I'll deal with real truckers in the spring.

Unbelievable... the response to my request for a quote was aggressive, emotional, unprofessional and offensive. I was investigating shipping options for an inflatable water toy I want to sell on eBay. The first Shiply list included a ship price of $87, the quote came in at $791. When I tried to reply to ask more questions, I had to name a price to reply with so I put $90. The guy was so offended he wrote me a horrible reply and then changed his quote to $54,662. Avoid doing business with these people.
This is a bait and switch company. They make fake driver accounts to get you to accept a fake bid. Once you accept the driver changes the price or disapears. At that point shiply has your money and won't give it back, the force you to try to use another much more expensive driver.
Original bid was $1427. Now all the bids are over $2500! Thats over a 50% markup...
Total scam!

I accepted a quote from a mover. After accepting and paying a deposit, the mover asked for all of the remaining funds up front (before he moved anything). I tried canceling but the mover refused. Shiply stepped in by offering to relist my quote, but I already had a different mover. Now, they're ignoring my request for a refund. Don't risk working with this company.
I use this company to pick up on automobile I bought next to San Francisco and deliver to my residence they asked for a deposit took my deposit I contact them so we could get details and time that they had to pick up car was never picked up they started ignoring my emails they kept my deposit and they won't return back any emails I'm sending them very bad business be aware of scammers don't use this company for auto transportation they will scam you out of your money and not return your emails beware beware beware

We have been scammed by their company and drivers that they have provided. I am getting no return phone calls or emails. They are very shady. They scam people and are not legitimate at all. BEWARE - DO NOT USE THEM. So they take your money then dont show up, they post fake transporters and quotes then you never hear from them again. They scammed us out of $1000 yesterday. They have also scammed someone else I know which I just found out about. Stay clear from them unless you want to lose your money. Check complaint boards also, they have been holding peoples items hostage as well.
Totally scam booked a delivery throught them paid all money machine hasn't reach out to us got a call from local shipping company paid 700 $ to them for handling and plus had to book another delivery to get it delivered not geting any where was agreed to pay 2300 dolar through shiply paid tried to contact shiply many time no answer what so ever totally scam
I paid a $388 deposit to shiply and hired Larry Hill. Once Larry Hill got his additional $700 deposit I never heard from him again, though he was VERY communicative BEFORE I paid him. I got my refund from Shipley but I lost $700 because the site hosts nothing but scammers. DO NOT USE SHIPLY. I have used Shiplux twice now and am very satisfied with THEM. I've written to the BBB and my congress people about this den of thieves. Stay FAR AWAY.

I posted an offer for a car shipment and I got all offers with a fix amount of 2000 Euros. That was a clear red flag! Their software is rubbish and I get all the time email from them. The transport companies do not give any details except the money and they all have fantastic names(probably invented). No delivery times, no insurance, nothing. They try to trick you in with questions no transport company would ask! Don't fall for the scam! You will lose your money!
You have no protection with this company - AVOID THEM!
- they don't vet or qualify the drivers
- they take your $ and YOU ARE SCREWED if a driver flakes and doesn't deliver
- they won't let you put negative feedback in for a week allowing others to get scammed by the same driver
I would NEVER use them again. They take your cash regardless if the driver delivers or not.
The day after I inquired for quotes on Shipley I began receiving at least 20 calls a day all from numbers with area code 888. I would block these numbers and still receive countless calls from other numbers. Occasionally, I answer and state that I am going to report them to the FTC or to remove me from their list only to get cussed out and verbally harassed. NOT A LEGIT COMPANY.
So late in may I hired shiply to transport a piece of equipment from California to new York and after waiting for it to be picked up the driver decided not to load it. This was after I gave the request $440.00 deposit. With that I hired someone else which was $525.00 higher but they picked it up and delivered it without a deposit. Several times shiply kept telling me I will get a refund however I was having some issues giving them the required paperwork. After 3 months after I told them to just keep my money and leave me alone well once again they got in touch with me and with some help we got the required info they needed and once again we waited to find out once again we were jerked off.
I inquired what was the status of our refund and got a dear John letter informing me that I canceled the load, with no reference to the $440.00 deposit or the driver failing to load the equipment.
Once again I told them to stuff my money in their $#*!.
Never use these people!
I used their service to find a transport partner, who they verified and then that person stole my money, did not provide the service and now I have not been refunded. They are a fraud and a scam! Don't use them!
