I had to buy a couple of items and ship2you helped me with their consolidation service to get them in 1 package. I loved their delivery time which was just 3 days and their customer support is amazing as well. Kudos guys, way to go!
Ordered and paid for the item, very encouraging note to say it was being sent - then nothing! Weeks have gone by, still nothing. No tracking info was sent. One cant call them - so no help at all! I finally got a response, and they said a refund would be paid - two weeks later still nothing! These guys are the worst! Some 10 year old kids probably, trying to run a business. Hopeless!
