There is no support. Period. I received a damaged sweater and opened a ticket 20 days ago. No response. Now I can't return them either because it passed 35 days after the purchase date. But it took 2 weeks for me to receive the sweaters, their 30 days return policy is fake! So to avoid trouble, do NOT order from them unless you are sure and don't mind throwing the money away if the item is damaged.

This will be my first time having an issue with shein but today i purchased some boots they charged my card and a few hours later cancelled my order but never refunded the money. This is a big no no for me because i never cancelled the order and i never received a refund. I dont appreciate neither action because before you just cancel an order at least semd the person's money back.

They do not package their clothing appropriately for shipping through USPS. Both my dresses had slits cut in them from what looked to be a box cutter. I didn't notice the second one was damaged until my boss pointed it out at work. Very embarrassing. Shein reimbursed me for the first one immediately. The second one that was delivered in the same packaging they made me ship back. Unless they improve their packaging, I will not purchase clothing from them again online.

They offer praying matts and have the audacity to Sell them as carpets to place inside bathrooms. Mind you, I know the difference; one has mosque minbar or Islamic holy sites woven in the center, the other is simply floral. They don't properly label it, so people will buy them as accessories for their pets to $#*! on. It's like buying a Cross to itch with your $#*!. Its disgusting and disrespectful.

I used to love shopping here not anymore. First all your points expire! Then you think you gettin Discount coupon they say they used but believe me it wasn't applied. And they say free shipping but You still end up payin the same amount add your cart up there's really no discount my items I always buy like 300$ then when I get to cart it's like 350.00 so where's the discount? So disappointed won't use this site again after 5 yrs and they changed and even make u pay 9.99 more for a coupon?! But still no coupon!

The first time I ordered I had no problem. Apparently, the next time I ordered they screwed up my address and everything was sent back to them. I thought I had it fixed but then it happened again. They tell me to contact them when they email me to let me know that my order was undeliverable but where it says please contact us in parentheses it says insert customer service information. I like the clothes but I always feel like it's a crap shoot if I'm actually going to get them or get a refund

They absolutely must have some sort of way to email, live chat or call them to be able to troubleshoot situations

I always shop on SHEIN, I love the offers, free shipping etc. It looks quite cheap. I ordered and I paid a total of like ‘€41,66' but then I went and tried to purchase something on my card again when I found out ALL my money was swiped clean from my card and it declined. This isn't the first time it happened twice now. I'm dissatisfied with this issue and I'd like my money back from them, it's not legit. Generally just a scam.

Tip for consumers:
It isn't good and I wouldn't recommend it. Honestly, it looks cheap and cool but in reality, it isn't..

Now I'm not an expert but no one needs to tell me that that odor doesn't cause cancer or some other conditions. The shoes I bought were for my kids. This is not what is in the pictures they advertise. It looks like some home made stuff. I ordered 3 shirts, and two of them had totally different patterns and the material however was not horrible, but the style of the shirt is something someone much older would wear. The fabric is semi-synthetic (rayon) material. If your highly allergic I would not order from this company. Don't plan on returning and getting a refund because it won't happen. This is a China co, that has a distribution co located in the US. That should explain a lot right there. The first screen shot is what was advertised and the second pic is what I got in the mail. It's really huge. I'm 5'6 and 145 lbs and usually wear and small to medium depending on the cut of the shirt.b

I hate that this website only advertises skinny models with large breasts, small waist & a big butt. These models are not realistic body types. I know they have a section for plus women but goodness why don't they have in between options. The material is often cheap and undersized. It's just not a healthy website for body image in my opinion.

Just know the clothes won’t always look like the pictures and the quality will NOT be as nice as the photos.

I received my bathing suits and cover up also purchases a sexy baby doll. Everything arrived on time and fit perfect. When I first put on my cover up it smelled horrible like sweat and underarm. Had to take off immediately. Same happened with my teddy. I smelled like sex. Urgh. I usually wash clothes before wearing it. Should've done that with this. Never again! Shein sells used clothes.

Their stuff is absolute garbage. I received my order yesterday - $125 of dresses, shoes and underwear, and it's awful. When I saw the dresses I was confused because I didn't know they made clothing out of material so cheap and thin. On the website, the photography, photo editing and lighting are excellent. It makes you think you're buying decent quality stuff. But in person the clothing looks like it cost 10 cents to produce and won't last one wash.

SHEIN takes sooo long just creating a label for your shipping let alone actually shipping the product out. I completely forgot i ordered something from this place i went to check the status on it it's still being shipped out lmao this is like day 12 no lie you guys! I have a flight in 5 days i need my things even when you order weeks in advance they still end up shipping your things late. Just terrible

The only positive thing i can say about this website is that the clothes are cute and affordable. But they are the worst at shipping or emailing. I ordered a bunch of items 3 weeks ago and still have not received one email about its tracking information or an email to let me at least know that its been delayed. Nothing at all was emailed or said to me. I have just been a freaking sitting duck waiting and now i am pissed off! SHEIN SUCKS! They dont give you any info. On your orders and when you try to find out, there is no information at all. Just takes you to the same screen for 3 weeks

I sent back a single breastfed jacket with pants, 2 casual shirts, and two tee shirts all too small. They did not pay me.for my suit which was 31.46 but they p a I'd me for those cheap shirts, but didn't pay me for my outfit, nor did they send me my outfit back. I will never spend another dollar with them

Shein became scammers nowadays they stole my money when orders delivered but not received i contacted customer service but no response and they put wrong address on my packages so the packages got back to the sender also they sent me items not as described when i asked the to refund my money the refused I usually buy from them but now they became scammers the customer service is bull $#*! i pay to get products from them but they took my money don't buy from shein

I ordered from SHEIN before, needed cheap quality gym jerseys to workout, great fast delivery the 1st time. I was expecting a black jogger under $25 never received it but got my money back regardless! Really disappointed with SHEIN's customer service this time. I understand its the Black Friday frenzy but next time act more professional.

I placed an order for two dresses on December 30,2022. I received one dress on January 12,2023. Then on January 17th, I was notified that there is a delay in delivery of the second order. When I check the tracking, it indicates that it is "in transit" and still not delivered. Is this normal? And will I ever receive my product? I ordered once from this site. Got my clothes, returned some items. No problem. Placed a second order, received the order but when I went on the site to make an exchange for size the order was no were to be found. No to mention there is literally no physical was to get in touch with anyone in customer service. Now I am stuck with 2 shirts I can use. No more orders from this site. Now, on the other hand, my sister has had not problems and has been ordering from them for a while.

Literally just got my order today which I was very excited before because it came earlier than expected and today is my birthday. I ordered 3 swimsuits all the same size and 2 out of 3 are too small. They will not allow me to return or exchange them even though they are brand new with the hygiene tape still on. How am I suppose to know if they fit without trying them on and why are the sizes so inconsistent? Pretty disappointed. I would've bought something else not just returned the items. I actually really like the 1 suit that fits. Just mad bc my money was wasted and I don't know what to do. My first and last time ordering from them.

Beware some sales are final. Doesn’t matter if the items fit or are defective.

I received an email notification saying that the shipment has been delivered. It has been more than 10 days still I have not received anything. I've tried to contact customer service and their shipping company the kast 10 days. No one has respond and it's impossible to try to get a hold of anyone. I gave it two stars because I have had about 2 shipments that came through and the price were good. This last order, I got charged for something that I never received. I can't seem to get my money back. I don't recommend this company because you can't contact customer service if something goes wrong.
