There is no support. Period. I received a damaged sweater and opened a ticket 20 days ago. No response. Now I can't return them either because it passed 35 days after the purchase date. But it took 2 weeks for me to receive the sweaters, their 30 days return policy is fake! So to avoid trouble, do NOT order from them unless you are sure and don't mind throwing the money away if the item is damaged.

SHEIN is a great place to shop if you're looking for affordable fast fashion but. If the item doesn't have any reviews then you're definitely taking a gamble.

SHIPPING: about 3 weeks arrive

QUALITY: 3/5. All the items were a bit thin, which is fine for late Spring and Summer. However, the shirts I purchased came out so thin, you could easily see my bra underneath. I would advise staying away from anything white on SheIn honestly.

OVERALL: You get what you pay for.
I think SHEIN is perfect for those who want to stay in trend for the season on a budget. I wouldn't expect the items to last very long tho.

I love shopping in Shein. So many different things I can afford especially when they have afterpay b klarna to help with payments. Ordered a lot from Shein and never disappointed until they sent me the wrong shoes I kept emailing them they sent the wrong shoes no replied and when I went back to shein customer service, it didn't work. How? The black ones are the shoes I ordered, the heels were the ones I got. I needed to switch not refund. I'm so mad at Shein now.

I have ordered a lot from Shein. I have had an issue with trying to update to my new email ever since my old one was compromised. Apparently you need to have your old email to update to your new one. I tried explaining that I have no access to my old email and the answer I received is that I would have to create a new account.
Another thing I have noticed, which I had never checked before is that the taxes that were paid with the order are not included in the refunds.
Am I missing something here?

Honestly I've had a great experience with shein, their delivery is always on point and usually the clothes is decent for the price. The one thing that ANNOYS me is their bathing suit and their lingerie. Honestly if you have somewhat of a bigger breast than average, don't even bother ordering them. They make the bottoms for girls with implant and the tops don't go higher than a B cut ‍‍‍

If your boobs are bigger than a B cup don’t bother buying bathing suits or lingerie!

I was abt to make a order until a saw that shein is trending on tiktok and not for a good reason. The packaging started having fleas and they've had fleas coming in packages since about the beginning of march. If you do buy from shein while this is happening please remember to sanitize and wash everything you purchase. There are many diseases you can get from these fleas so please be careful and spread this around! :)

First off let me say that, for the relatively low prices, the clothing is usually very nice. I don't mind waiting the weeks it takes to receive my items because of the low priced. HOWEVER, the site is not easily navigated at all. I just made a purchase and wanted to use the coupon code for 15% that kept flashing in front of me. On the coupon it said there would be an area in which to input the code when checking out but there wasn't…and I looked everywhere. Really disappointing.

The products I'd received were just "not right." I can't put my finger on it, but I had to return everything knowing that the items would end up in a pile with the tags still on them, and never worn. The pic was cute in the catalog, but seeing them on me was another story, although I was very careful to measure myself against the chart they provided. Everything was ill-fitting. I bought 1 pant, 2 shoes, and a purse. I kept the purse but likely should have returned it as well. It was crushed at had damage. The pants were much too long and you could see the shorts inner-lining through them! It looked like you were wearing shorts under your pants to hide the panties that would show through. That was nothing like the pic in the catalog. If so, who would order something like that? It was a long wait to receive my items and they came separately (pants then shoes). Returns were prompt and hassle free. Good! You can't reach anyone by email or phone. You have to use their app that's not interactive. They MIGHT have a chat, but I didn't use it or look for it. I won't be using this company again because 4 out of 5 items I ordered were disappointing to the point I HAD to return them the same day I had received them. No doubt! The product quality is somewhere between average to poor. I've seen worse. There is a "Shady" game going on with these Chinese companies. Bait (catalog) and switch (somethin' else)! I gave them 3 stars because they returned my money without a fight, otherwise the rating would have been lower. Shein isn't the worst. But I say shop elsewhere. Buy American.

There was a long wait receiving my products. Needed them for a trip. Had to return everything except for the slightly damaged purse. I was very disappointed. Return was prompt and they gave me my money back.

I've purchased form Shein about 4 times. Usually I end up sending somethings back. It's a hit or miss or good quality items that you either love or hate. I had a recent order over a month ago and NOTHING was good quality. So I sent it back on March 22nd. It's April 28th and my return was last recorded in transit from the NJ post office to their facility. It must have never gotten scanned perhaps. I've been waiting over a month and I just want my money back.

Although Shein's website is not very helpful, neither the customer services, I was able to track my package via sitejabber and another US review page. I received my clothes after 8 weeks and had to use sitejabber to track it until the end as the Shein website updates are not very helpful. It was a very stressful exercise, but I do love my clothes and the quality is excellent.

Tip for consumers:
All the sizes are one too big. I am a small and the small was quite big, still wearable but I bit loose.

I thought since the bikini has some nice pics online that it was top tier quality. I was fooled. The stitching on the lower part of it frayed after a couple of times wearing it. It's still usable and doesn't seem like it will fall apart totally but it isn't the type of thing that I want to wear. Will try again next year with a different bathing suit brand. On the plus side, the shipping was free and I did get some discounts.

SHEIN is an overseas company that sells a huge variety of different items. SHEIN products are surprisingly cheap and thus is why buying from them is very hit or miss in the quality of what you purchased.
Clothing is sometimes really good and sometimes horrible as well as some of their household products.
Also, I've learned with shipping from them that a lot of the pictures they use to show the product are VERY deceiving! Example: in my pictures below. I bought this mirror thinking that it was meant to put on a table or wherever to than use for your face, well when I got it I was very taken aback at actually how incredibly small it is because they showed it as looking like normal size. You can see in my pictures it's only the size of my hand.

Tip for consumers:
Be very aware that their pictures can sometimes be deceiving and that quality of products is very hit and miss.

I do receive the products I order, but in an Amazon world, shein takes a long time to deliver. The clothes often seem slightly big, which is contrary to what I would have thought. One issue I do have is they blow up your phone with texts and even soliciting calls. This has made me hesitant to order from them. When company's become annoying I tend to not buy from them. They have become annoying and they follow what you do. The minute I look at their site I get texts and calls. I hate that! I've had things I. My cart and once they start blowing up my phone I stop ordering and don't follow through. You will never get me as a customer by soliciting me too much. It creates a feeling of desperation which makes your clothes become of low value to me.

I ordered 4 things by myself, and my sister ordered some other stuff at the same time. After ordering and paying for all my stuff, I find out 5 days later that the item I bought was sold out? I was told that I would get the money returned so that I could buy more stuff on the website, but that's not what I asked for. I think that it was very unprofessional and I should not have been able to buy it if it was sold out. Although this mishap happened, everything else went smoothly. 3/5...

I realized they don't allow any reviews less than 5 star. Right after I write the review they would go and change it from whatever star reviews to all 5 star reviews. That's so misleading and completely fraud. I understand the prices are cheap but didn't realize some products were so cheap that they don't last after 1 wash/wear.

I ordered a bunch of plastic flowers and leaves etc from Shein. They looked really beautiful and natural in the photos, but in real life they look super fake - garish colours and huge "joints" where they attach to the branches. The photos are supremely well-taken - to the point that the real products disappoint. I was delighted to see that they have a returns policy, but after quickly scanning online reviews on their returns, I realised that it won't be worth the frustration. So I will keep my order and learn from this experience: you get what you pay for, and avoid Hong Kong / China-based companies like the plague.

Update: resigned to keeping my full (large) order, I found that most of the flowers and leaves work well outdoors - to be viewed at a distance. A few pieces look too fake to even be used outdoors, but the majority looks good.

THEN I left a 3 star review on Shein, and when I hit Submit, the rating automatically changed to 5 stars. Wow. So I deleted it, and reduced my star rating here from 3 to 2.

Tip for consumers:
Shein is a Hong Kong company. As such its business practices are dodgey and once they get your money, it’s next to impossible getting any back. Refunds and returns are guaranteed in theory, but in practice they make it so painful and frustrating that most people will just give up. So, super cheap products of low quality, and forget about refunds etc.

Re: refund - they claim free refund, but a quick online scan tells me that it’s a bogus claim. I used most of the flowers and leaves in my large order, but 3 items look too fake to be even be used outdoors.

I have placed 3 orders with Shein over the past 6 months or so. It's not Amazon so for those expecting your shein package go to show up 3 days after you order, it won't happen.

My orders come about 3 or so weeks after I place. I'm spending ten dollars on a dress so I really don't care. I've ordered 9 dresses and one top. 2 dresses were not what I expected, material said cotton but it was definitely a poly. Fit was way off on both. I sent them back using the return label. It took about a month but I did get my refund. All in all it's fine for inexpensive clothing. I have some great dresses which I wear regularly so that's a win for me.

I bought about 55 faux succulents from Shein; I meticulously went through and picked them one by one but when my box came they had sent me about half of them cheap versions that looked NOTHING like the ones I picked…About half of them were right so beware if you're purchasing faux plants from them…Also, they seem to have some kinda problem with sizing…I'm always careful to go by the size guide because their sizing is weird on a lot of clothing items…Bottom line is I get jammed about half of the time…I really don't know if I'll use them anymore…Thanks for letting me vent, Kitty

That they don’t always send you what’s in the picture…It’s F*ing called false advertising and I realistically could take them to court over it if I wanted to but who the hell has time for THAT?

Received my order everything came in a separate bag, but every piece was damp. And had a bad smell. Some of the piece really looked cheap with no tags at all. I will not order again from this site!

I'm pretty sure most people know what to expect from this website at this point. If you don't, everything is shipped from China and is pretty low quality. However if you go through a lot of clothes often and like cute temporary fits for events, it works. I change up my style a lot so it's convenient to have inexpensive items like this, just be sure to read the reviews. It's helpful that other purchasers have uploaded photos of themselves wearing the items so you can see how the clothing looks in real life and how it will fit you. Shipping can take about a week at the fastest speed and two or three weeks if you get the free shipping.

Tip for consumers:
They do have free returns and you can receive store credit or be refunded your original payment method so that's good.

Okay curvy ladies listen up make sure you check the sizing charts before ordering I order a bunch of clothing to take to Jamaica and boy what a surprise I got when none of the shorts or pants fit me so I turned around and resold them and now shop else where so curvy women make sure you measure yourself and look at there charts first because there 2x is more like a large.
