There is no support. Period. I received a damaged sweater and opened a ticket 20 days ago. No response. Now I can't return them either because it passed 35 days after the purchase date. But it took 2 weeks for me to receive the sweaters, their 30 days return policy is fake! So to avoid trouble, do NOT order from them unless you are sure and don't mind throwing the money away if the item is damaged.

By far the worst site in History. Placed a order April 23,2020. Supposedly shipped May 10,2020 today is now May 24,2020 and I still haven't received my package from California. FedEx says they don't have it. I have received other packages from China that I ordered after this. Full of $#*! website. Never again! Customer Service only apologizes and give you a standard message that doesn't even go with you email you sent. It seems they can't read English. I wish I could give no stars because 1 is to many.

Worst experience ever... I placed an order in October 2020(for Christmas) received the wrong order in November (all size xs plus they are items that I never ordered) I am having the worst experience trying to return the product and get my money back ( still emailing today Dec 21) Shein keeps sending me an incorrect label that will not scan at my post office? Therefore I am unable to return it or get my money back ( over $50).
Frustrated!

1. They send out things in multiple batches on the same order.
2. You have to choose from multiple batches when processing a return.
3. There is no way you can catch hold of a live agent except after your first purchase.
4. Their shipment gets delayed for no reason.
5. Raising a ticket often means being tossed between departments with no actual results.

Tip for consumers:
Extremely horrifying shipping and return policy. Barely any live customer service. Buy at your own risk with no hopes of return.

I bought a jacket from Shein but it was inferior quality and too small, despite XL being my normal size, so - after a week's nightmare of repeatedly ignored requests for a refund - I managed to get it approved, or so they said, and sent the item back but then they changed their mind and sent me yet another jacket exactly the same product and size, it's been going on for weeks and still I haven't been refunded. Avoid like the plague!

After purchasing one item to see the validity of the company, I was satisfied and therefore went full speed ahead and ordered several items. In the beginning, you get text emails encouraging returns that are free before 30 some days but try to return there is absolutely no communication even when you contactcustomer service. Then you see all the restrictions, the return items does not process what a mess pay more stay in America.

Tip for consumers:
Once you purchase, it is impossible to return and they advertise free returns. There is no communication even though they text an email you you cannot respond or request to speak to someone or return items.

I ordered a lot of clothes from them. The strapless bra came missing a part of it, but I couldn't make a return since it's personal item. Tried contacting the customer service and there was no real human replying at all. I also want to return several other tops due to their poor quality, but there is literally NO WAY I could get a return label. This is a total scam. Do Not buy anything from SHEIN!

The only available USA phone number has NOT been set up?! Trying to deal with their customer service in CHINA is most frustrating and a complete waste of time. After the "chat" they always stated "issue solved" but NOT at all. Trying to request a change of address took 12 chats to no avail. They kept saying info "updated" but never gave permission to delivery company to change the address. Will never order from them again even though the prices are great!

Returned items and did not get correct amount. Said things were not in parcel. Lies!
I have proof of posting with weight so they could check. THEN they kept £41 + for "processing fee". No mention of this previously. Terrible customer service and total disregard for their potential customer. Out to make money and cheat. Raising complaint with Paypal.

I received an email from SHEIN that my package was delivered March 24,2024. I emailed them and went to their website to let them know that I have not received any package nor sign anything. I have been trying to reach out to customer service but no one can contact to except the bot service that is useless. It's a really horrible and frustrating experience to reach out for someone to help me to find out where my package is!

I placed an order on March 20,2020 for 127,50$ and up to today never received any items from them when I check the tracking keep saying it was returned to Shein, tried contacting them several times to resolve this issue without any success and its only automated massages that's not related to your concerns, been so patient waiting after I called my credit card company and it was over month to dispute it, so now I am short on 127,50$ never again buy from this SCAM, lesson learnt in hard way.

This is the most unprofessional non thorough company I have ever had to use! I placed my order dec 15 and I paid for express shipping. On Dec 30 I haven't received 1 item. I haven't been given any tracking updates just emails about more delays. They used DHL for delivery and their website malfunctions and not useful. Purchased almost all my 10 y/o Christmas gifts from Shein. Safe to say her Christmas is ruined.

Delivery time is not accurate u will be left in the dark after you place your order. No Customer service no contacts no info

I ordered on Shein and asked my colleagues to join in as it was a site that looked like it had decent clothing, the four of us selected items so we could split delivery cost if needs be. SInce I ordered and tried tracking the order it keeps saying processing order and this is 20 something days back its been almost whole month now waiting on this order with no update. Till this day order is still being processed.

I have been a loyal customer for years, and they suddenly started scamming me. They don't allow live chat anymore, and there is no way to get refund. I tried ticket repeatedly and just get the same bot messages that refuse to help or else they just close the ticket with no help. I am going to have to do chargeback and never shop here again. They will also be reported to the FTC. Very disappointing that customer service is suddenly non-existent after I was sent an entire order of wrong sizes.

This site is a scam. They sent me a notification that the item I already paid for is out of stock and to exchange it for another item. I selected another item. But they gave me a completely different item than what I selected in my order. Instead of helping me get this fixed; they suddenly made false accusations against me that I was trying to commit fraud against them(with no proof or any explanation). And they said because of that, they banned my account and can't help. This is illegal and I will be starting a lawsuit, if this is not fixed. This site is pure evil. Wanting a site glitch fixed is not fraud. It is their job to provide what I ordered.

I have received other packages from China that I ordered after this. Full of $#*! Website. Never again! Customer Service is not responding to you as well. It's a scam, I am trying to get a refund through Afterpay, they cannot refund unless SHEIN cancel the order, which I am unable to do so, $87 is down the drain, It seems this is how the scam to make it cheaper for consumers. Really bad business practice, if you can't contact the vendor

Dont waste your money. Seriously, I've had more aggravation shopping with this place. Go for walk and enjoy life.
Zero stars if possible. Cheap ugly fabric, not as described. Packages marked as delivered, when NOT delivered. Finally arrived way later and an item was missing. Back to the dispute center. Argh!
I don't know how they are in business at all other than people not believing these reviews.

Horrible company. The tracking updates keep changing everyday and then suddenly disappears. I don't know what's happening with my order. It's been over 20 days and I still haven't got any updates. Worst company ever. I am still waiting on 2 orders. Don't know if they will ever arrive. I tried Shein for the first time and I am so disappointed. Shein Canada is the worst. Stay away from them. Wasted over $100. Wish I could give them a zero rating.

I ordered about 17 items most were for this upcoming Easter. This order included my grand daughters Easter dress and shoes. They kept pushing the delivery date back until now it's been almost a month. They stated that as a courtesy they would provide a refund but I would still receive my order. Now when I check the website the items are not there. States they've been refunded. What about my baby's Easter dress and the other 17 items? This is a shipping nightmare!

I ordered quite a few items from shein and never received them. I got a random text from the delivery company stating that the driver's car and my stuff were stolen with it. I tried calling their customer service number and it doesn't work. I've emailed two different email addresses and no answer from them. Horrible horrible! Customer service cause there isn't one! Please save your money and just shop elsewhere!

The clothes came in fairly quickly, but the items did not fit me well and were made poorly so i returned it using their return label per their return process and 3 weeks later still no refund or any type of customer service contact information that works. I'm sure others lost more than I did, I will have to try and contact my bank for an inquiry to this company and try to get my money back

They send spam almost every day, even though I "unsubscribe" and confirm it, with every message. I can't go to my account settings and unsubscribe that way, or else it is a maze that is impossible to find. So, if you buy just one thing from SHEIN, be prepared for spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, baked beans, spam, spam, spam and spam.

I returned some items totalling over $100, and unfortunately they put the credit into a shein wallet (credit) Seriously, not cool.
I had ordered more items while waiting for the return and even though I got a notification stating it had been delivered, I have not received.
Top it all off, there isnt anyway to contact them, everything it an auto response online, which isn't helpful.
Won't be ordering from them again... unless I have to use my credit :(

This store is a COMPLETE joke! They don't honor their price adjustment policy! I purchased MANY items and within a couple of days, the price was reduced significantly! I get a pop-up that the price isn't lower than when purchased? REALLY?! I brought this to customer service's attention who asked me to send them screenshots of my order and the current prices, which I did and it took me almost 15 minutes to do so! What do they tell me? I didn't meet the criteria? WTH?! The bottom line is that these scammers don't honor their policies...PERIOD!

Their $750 gift card through Flash Rewards is a total scam. There's a lot more time and money required from your end than they ever let on. And once you give over your phone number, you will receive about a dozen span calls every day. On top of all of that, their clothes aren't very high quality and fall apart in the wash. I don't care how much money they say you'll get if you jump through their crazy hoops. It's not worth it.
