SHADY...Bait and Switch? Buy American

The products I'd received were just "not right." I can't put my finger on it, but I had to return everything knowing that the items would end up in a pile with the tags still on them, and never worn. The pic was cute in the catalog, but seeing them on me was another story, although I was very careful to measure myself against the chart they provided. Everything was ill-fitting. I bought 1 pant, 2 shoes, and a purse. I kept the purse but likely should have returned it as well. It was crushed at had damage. The pants were much too long and you could see the shorts inner-lining through them! It looked like you were wearing shorts under your pants to hide the panties that would show through. That was nothing like the pic in the catalog. If so, who would order something like that? It was a long wait to receive my items and they came separately (pants then shoes). Returns were prompt and hassle free. Good! You can't reach anyone by email or phone. You have to use their app that's not interactive. They MIGHT have a chat, but I didn't use it or look for it. I won't be using this company again because 4 out of 5 items I ordered were disappointing to the point I HAD to return them the same day I had received them. No doubt! The product quality is somewhere between average to poor. I've seen worse. There is a "Shady" game going on with these Chinese companies. Bait (catalog) and switch (somethin' else)! I gave them 3 stars because they returned my money without a fight, otherwise the rating would have been lower. Shein isn't the worst. But I say shop elsewhere. Buy American.

This dumb company has swastikas on their catalog. Do not purchase from them as they will probably not be able to refund any purchases due to an expected bankruptcy.

Read reviews before buying I honestly feel like it's kind of a rip off some of the stuff they overcharge on it's kind of excessive all of their stuff is coming from China there's no point I wouldn't ever buy their stuff again I got a couple of good sweaters but they took kind of forever to get here to be honest

Hi! I ordered last 24th of june 2016 up to date I didnt receive any of the items. When i was tracking it is the same status that my package has left the HK. Come on it almost 3 weeks of waiting! You didnt even give me any update! Reminding you that the package status during tracking is almoat the same for almost 10 days! Does it mean that you are using a cargo ship that is why it took so long to reach UAE!

MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Doesn't understand well, doesn't cooperate at all. Always always messed up something. Do not buy from this web store, horrible experience. This is not only the first or second but the third time I'm having to deal w/ their "inconvenience". Very very rude & disrespectful.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

I placed an order on March 20,2020 for 127,50$ and up to today never received any items from them when I check the tracking keep saying it was returned to Shein, tried contacting them several times to resolve this issue without any success and its only automated massages that's not related to your concerns, been so patient waiting after I called my credit card company and it was over month to dispute it, so now I am short on 127,50$ never again buy from this SCAM, lesson learnt in hard way.

Well, I've never buy from online stores before, but sheinside.com really gave me a wonderful experience, the variety of warm clothes of high quality in the comfort of your home to discover. The winter season has arrived with his glory on the top and get the perfect fitting is really incredible. Last week I went to explore different online stores to buy a sweater for my brother; I found sheinside.com as my friend and the idea to recommend a chance for these reputable providers of services; I did not know that my single click done my best families. I've ordered several packages since mid April, two of which have arrived. Three have tracking info that says they've either reached their destination facility in the US or are on a flight, and they've been like that for the better part of a month. When I reached out to customer service, I was told Fedex hasn't picked up the packages yet and so I'd have to contact them. When I contacted Fedex they said they only have a shipping label, and the package was supposed to be coming from within the US. I want some sort of accountability. I need a refund because my package NEVER ARRIVED and NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS.

I ordered 10 items from this website. They came in 3 business days. They look like whats on the site for the most part. But when i went to do my reviews, they only let me review the items I decided to keep. I inquired about how to review the items i wanted to return and they told me this wouldn't be possible. When I asked how to edit my previous reviews to inform customers of this policy, they told me this wouldn't be possible. SO ALL THE REVIEWS for items are only from people who are happy with them. The people who hated the items and returned them CANNOT inform others of their unhappiness with the items. SO SHADY! Explains why every item on the site has 5 star reviews.

This website is HORRIBLE!

This website is HORRIBLE! I ordered a dress last month and it said it would ship in six days. Here we are a month later and it's still "URGING SHIPMENT" I talked to online service and they said I'd have it within the next week, that was 2 weeks ago. So sick of this site don't even bother ordering something.

Living in Florida brings awesome benefits during fall and winter seasons. Mostly I enjoy not having to purchase large or heavy coats, and shopping for the cutest jackets of the season. There were two in particular that I ordered from this website, and I was pleased with my order once it arrived.

The first jacket was black leather that has went perfectly with a few of my dresses because it has the back cut out with sequencing gold chains to replace the material. I always receive compliments and people always think I paid way too much for it. My second jacket is denim and serves its part in complimenting my tan Timberland boots. This jacket is the total opposite of the leather, because it is longer and has a more relaxed feel.

To no surprise, I was charged less than $70 for two stylish jackets since almost everything on this sight is on sale. Both jackets were priced under $35 and I received a 25% discount on my order for registering with Facebook.

From past experiences I have learned to call customer service when dealing with a new online company. I call to confirm where the package will be shipping from, so I do not have any disappointments while awaiting arrival. This company ships their products from China, so I expected to wait a month before wearing my new jackets.

Overall I feel this company will save me hundreds of dollars, but I have to continually understand the package will not arrive with a week unless I pay an extra shipping fee.

On 7/21/16 I ordered 5 items off of shein and they are still "processing" every time I check the "estimating shipping date" it goes up two extra days. I received my payment confirmation email but not the tracking number which I usually get within hours off of other sites. WHERE IS MY STUFF?!

What a joke!

I ordered 6 bras (they aren't even finished and SO cheaply made- garbage!), 3 shirts for myself and 3 for my husband (they are OK, but probably won't last long), 1 pair of earrings (which the post broke off as soon as I tried them on), and a tube of lipstick (to get a discount on the order). NEVER AGAIN FROM SHEIN! The old adage "you get what you pay for" is so true.

If I had known my order was coming from China, I wouldn't have bothered, as they have no clue what a true XL is! Asian women are smaller, just a fact. Now, I am STUCK with two swimsuits that fit, but BARELY anything to cover my butt, and the triangle top? I'm not a size A, MMMKAY? They will not take these back... surprise surprise.

I didn't recieve an order that FedEx claims to not have. I'm not paying almost $150 for clothes every week! I buy clothes twice a year, and now I've just lost my money because SHEIN won't give me a refund. Their text line is the only customer service available and they keep telling me that shipping is gonna take longer, but it's says DELIVERED. I want my refund SHEIN

I recently bought White Stand Collar Long Sleeve Chiffon Blouse.
This blouse is really pretty and airy, the fabric is nice and comfy and it looks both casual and elegant, it's a great bargain for such a nice top, am glad I got it and it arrived on time as described.

This website is soo horrible, everything seems so cute and easy to ship when you buy it and it also makes it seem like you'll be able to received it within the week but then after a few days you realise that on their website it says 5-7 days of processing time which again its a lie, it has been 12 days and still no sign! They dont even let you write reviews on their website and when you ask on live chat it repeats the answer saying "its a busy season" blah blah a total scam! I should have known! I was hoping to get my order for my christmas holidays but after reading all the reviews I think its not going to happen! DONT PUT FALSE ADVERTISING ON YOUR WEBSITE!
