I bought many products in shein. Some of products took time (around 1-1.5 week) to arrive because they were shipped from China, some of them arrived so fast, around from 3-5 days. In terms of service, they always reply within 1 business day after you submit ticket. That's so good service quality.
I ordered a nail kit... the took my money never gave me confirmation or information on when my package will arrive... still nothing and it's been 1 month

Worse experience ever. I ordered 10 of their dresses, they took forever to come, look nothing like the pictures, and were falling apart. In addition, even though the size chart said a small was a size 6-8 it did not fit at all. It was way to small even though we wear a size 2. Then, when we tried to get a refund, they refused to give us our money back even though it was returned in the 7 day return policy. This was the worse experience ever so don't waste your time
