The site looks okay, maybe even a little unfinished, but I called the customer service Rep and got Ryan on the phone. He explained exactly what I needed for my shin splints and I got my Asics that week! Very happy - they look and feel great.
The website is misleading. Shoes are advertised at $8.26, but then when you click on the item to order it, the price jumps up to $80 or even more than the MSRP. This is a problem for many of the sale shoes. Also, the website does not let you filter out shoes that are sold-out, or even unavailable in your size, so you get pages of results that you have to filter manually. Not worth the effort, especially if the price is not as advertised when you you finally find something. I contacted the company about the prices, and they blamed it on a "glitch." That glitch appears to be standard operating procedure now.
