Received my package in a timely manner. The item I purchased did not get rid of the bulges. Instead it just smooth down my tummy area. Somewhat disappointed but as the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, than it's probably not! This was my experience with the product.

Ordered a bra & on my delivery receipt it's stays I have 60 days to return! Bra has ZERO support for someone that is a DDD size. Contacted customer service through CHAT to be told that an exception would be made since its from the order date not delivery. SCAM 1 - Customer service chat gets cutoff & have to try back. SCAM 2 - Denied the exchange once I got another representative. SCAM 3 - Multiple emails from them giving me a discount to buy ANOTHER useless bra but do not resolve my issue. WHAT kind of company runs like this?

Received in a timely manner. Fit well and very supportive when I first put the bra on, but soon the straps started falling off my shoulders and there is no way to adjust. I'm very disappointed

I've been struggling to find a 'proper' but comfortable bra for the last few years. I think I finally found one. I've been wearing TrueKind comfort bra since it arrived and for the most part I forgot I'm wearing a bra. I fell 'all tucked in' but not to the point that I want to be untucked. Just nice and comfy. Only one exception is I wish the straps were adjustable. I feel they are slight too short and if I could adjust then it would be perfect. Looking forward to my next order.

These bras offer a medium support i would say. The one with thr clasp at the back is my favorite. I wear it A LOT! It's so comfy like I don't have a bra on. The everyday wireless v shaped one is a bit too small in the cups for me to wear it out of the house. However it is so comfy I put it on when I get ready for bed and I could even sleep in it in the summer.

I wish I realized that I'd also need to buy a top shaper in order to avoid a roll of back fat, but they do smooth out my stomach and hips well.

I like the bra I got for the most part. The back doesn't ride up at all which is great The straps definitely stay put. I never think about them. The only thing I would change would be either a more substantial band on the lower front, or some kind of strips on the band to keep it from rolling up.

Shapermint customer service is nice, but the garments I tried didn't fit me well. That I can explain with being petite size and Shapermint doesn't carry petit sized shapewear. So sad about not finding my perfect fit.

I had a PAID club membership and tried to cancel several times via the site. I called customer service, was put on hold for 15 and gave up. I then used the chat bot and after a series of 6 questions of the checking to see if I was serious about cancelling, they then connected me to chat with a real person. They then sent me an activation link which let me create a new PW and then led me down a confusing path to cancel. Be ware when joining the "club"

I sometimes forget I have a bra on because it's so comfortable. No more underwires for me ever!

First - Shapermint has been nothing been accommodating. I ordered a bra that people raved about as the most comfortable bra ever. That was the main selling point for me. I have now had 3 bras delivered in ever increasing sizes, hoping that would make the difference. And while they offer an incredible exchange program, none of these bras are my definition of comfortable. The last delivery would make an excellent compression bra for exercise, but definitely not for everyday life and lounging.

I purposefully asked ahead of time about the packaging being discreet and they assured me it would be. Then of course when it came to my office my boss brought it to me in a big pink envelope with the word Shapermint in big letters. I was so embarassed! I contacted the company & they said all they could do was give me 10% off on my next order. What next order? I'll never order from them again! I'm so mad!

I bought 3 different types of bras
Non of them.fit well. The ones with a back clasp have shoulder straps that sit so far out they constantly fall down. The other two without clasps roll up and they sort of spread your breast toward your armpits giving this tube look. I followed the size charts. I guess if your are not plus size or have average size breasts this might be ok. I was really disappointed.

This is not my first experience with Shapermint, we've become fast Friends... Reasons you ask: They carry all our Undergarment needs, as well as Tanks, Leggings etc... Here's the Kicker, if YOU made a misjudgment or mistake, they are Right on the Spot to assist and Correct!

I thought there would be snaps or some kids nd of fastener in the crouch area making it easier to go to the bathroom.

I wear the leggings everyday. I love them. Glad I have 4 pair now. The bra is okay, but not anything to buy again. AND I'm still waiting for two bras that are out of stock, it seems.

I have never ordered from this company before. When I ordered two pairs of leggings, I ordered the size according to other brands like them.

When my leggings arrived, neither one of them fit, I tried to contact customer service and all I could get was a live chat person online. I could never find a phone number to talk to anyone.

The operator who is via chat told me that my leggings were final sale purchases and there was nothing she could do to help me now I'm stuck with two pairs of leggings that are not only too small, but they're ugly, I will never purchase anything from them again!

Shapermint seems like a great deal on the surface, but it's actually not. I was a first time buyer, if not just shapermint, but actually shapewear. I read the sizing guide, and chose the best size according to the chart. I tried one of the camis I ordered, did not like the fit, it constantly rode up at my hips, because I have a butt. Anyway, I decided to return the items, I expected to have to pay shipping, or a restock fee, but I actually paid way more than that. The company advertises hassle free returns and exchanges, what they mean is ONLY exchanges. They want you to keep the items or exchange for different items, so, they entice you buy only returning a smaller amount of your original purchase price. Let's be honest, no one reads return policies, because hassle free usually means hassle free. This company is dishonest, and is a company you may actually want to take the time to read the policy. Otherwise, you'll get gypped. Definitely not worth the hype or investment.

Just received my new Shapermint leggings and it doesn't hold anything in its a cheap material with lines on the sides like a track suit. What happened to the plain black leggings? This is not what I wanted! I have ordered several in the past but if this is the quality I will be getting from now on. NO THANKS! I will be returning it now. Its a real shame they have downgraded their quality.

I love the product, it's great! That's why I placed an order. I do not like the check out process where it keeps prodding me to buy more - not once, but twice! Once I've decided, I've decided. Then I get an email saying they are holding my order while I have the opportunity' for the third time!... to buy more. Just let me put my order in and be done. Thanks

A very soft comfortable no wire bra. It doesn't have as much lift as I'd like, but I'm keeping both colors. They're great for the gym and physical therapy.

This seems like a good company. I would order from them again. My lower rating is because the bra cups are always coming out of the the little hole. The fabric is so smooth even taking the bra off they slip out. I think I'll tack them in. It's so comfortable though! It's like I'm not wearing a bra at all.

Original order #SM******* was placed on August 21,2020 11:32AM and I am still waiting for this package to arrive.
