I ordered a waist trainer & it took longer than expected. It wasn't even the one advertised in the website. Placed an order for one for a 3X it is too small. I thought I was ordering an extra extra extra large. There was no return address or a telephone number to call to return the product. I just been ripped off from due to false advertising. It saddens me because I'm not working & been diagnosed with diabetes. Hoping that this product would help me with my weight loss journey.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Well I have to enter at least a 100 characters in order to send my review I have nothing nice to say but I was very disappointed with my product and will never shop from them again.

When you check the tracking info it's all in chinese... No communication with the company at all. I'm not tripping because it was only 15 bucks and some change... Takes a long time to ship...

Let me just say, this is the second time I order one because it worked so well the first time, that my mom wanted one. I started using this and I was 215 when I started and in 3 1/2 months I was 170. I was fasting, a few times a week ( wouldn't work out when I would fast but I would still waist train) but I would also wear this waist trainer while I worked out 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes to an hour and would go in the sauna 10 minutes prior my workout and 15-20 minutes after my work out and this waist trainer helped me SOOOOO MUCH! I went from pants size 14 to size 10 and I know it was because of this waist trainer. If you REALLY want to lose weight and you stay dedicated you will see results in no time. ‼‼

I placed an order on September 14 and just received my package on the 28th. And it did not fit I even went up a size. So I emailed them trying to see if I can get a bigger size or can I just returned it and get my money back I only want to refund $5 when I ordered 2 which was a total of$48.97 I want my damn money this some bs.

I got an ad on instagram for a store who was selling waist trainers for a low price. It was 90% off just paying shipping. I'm not the type of person to actually believe these sort of deals, so i did a little bit of searching first. I went through their "instagram account and website reviews" and decided to take the chance. I payed $15 and received an email right after. I saw from one of the reviews that it took 10-15 days for her shipment to arrive, now because i know it was a cheap site i expected it to take some time to get to me, but after 15 days my package had not arrived. So i emailed them and asked what the status of my package was, and i was told that covid made shipments a lot slower and that it would take around 20-35 days for my package to arrive and told me that i can track my package at any time (entire tracking system was in Chinese). I waited the additional time and my package still had not arrived. So i emailed them again and asked for a more recent status of my package and they told me that it had just reached U. S costoms after 2 months and it would be an ADDITIONAL 20 days. At that point i tried to see if other people had gone through the same thing and found another lady explain my same situation. Ive tried to go back to their website and the url is completely different and the instagram account is also gone. The 15 dollars is not the problem for me but my card information has been exposed. I don't know how to move forward because i have nothing other than the email address and its not the same from the one the current website. I'm only writing this review so hopefully people don't get tricked into the same thing. The site name was originally called foundtrendy.com

I ordered a waist trainer 2 months ago from the so called foundtrendy website. At first the shipping info seemed legit but after about 3 weeks I sent an email asking about updated shipping info. I was then told my package was in California when it first said Texas. I emailed after another 2 weeks asking about updated info. I was emailed that because of covid-19 the post office had my package and I had to go pick it up. Which I was never notified that it ever made it to my local post office. After that I emailed them to let them know that I realized that they scammed me. Haven't gotten a reply yet.
