Arleen and Dylan took great care of my husband and me. We got exactly what we wanted. They cleaned all my jewelry while we waited. We left my broken ring, one bought at a different jewelry store, and they fixed it so beautifully. You cannot even tell it was broken. They also polished it, so it sparkled magnificently. I got so many compliments. Also, on both occasions the ladies and the Service Desk were so helpful and sweet. Everyone even the security guard were very attentive and helpful.

I sent my 3 boys here to buy wedding ring. My daughter recently got engaged and i wanted a necklace and earrings that matched her ring. Even though Shane Co was more expensive I thought they had good service, THOUGHT WRONG! Chatted online with sales person, completed the purchase, paid for it and waited for it to show up. I received a call the next day asking for a email which i provided. Purchase clears my banking so I assume it's on the way. 5 days later I get an email at the email address they claim they can't verify that my order was cancelled. I called the store, didn't even give them a name, acct number nothing but they knew exactly what i was talking about. Yup they canceled my paid order. I'm now stuck wedding day tomorrow and no precious gift. I asked why they couldn't simply call and ask i kept hearing was they couldn't verify my email ‍needless to say, never shopping here again
