Makes sense to use. I'll give it the positive ranking the service deserves. Not always easy but worth it. Worth the download with the try. Good way to grow the RE agency business.

Worst company to do business with in the real estate industry. I purchased their lies and paid for the $1,7760 plan and worked the all the leads very hard. 90 plus precent of the leads were not valid, bad phone numbers, Bad email addresses, if you were able to talk to the person they either didn't know anything about looking for a home or they purchased a home 4 months ago. So there are all bad leads.

Have used their plan for over 8 months and conclude another waste of money. With low quality leads, wrong email addresses and phone numbers. Save your time and money

I am a current customer of SetSchedule and have been for about 4 months. In terms of the people running the service, they will treat you very well and will try to hold your hand through taking advantage of the leads that you are given. So while the folks running the service will treat you well, the method for getting leads is flawed. So lets cover a couple of things:

1- They are a lead aggregator. They enter into relationships with some well known source of leads and aggregate them into a single stream for you to take up. On its face, this seems like a good idea - but the reality is very different.

2- The Problem. All of their sources for leads also have their own subscribers to whom they try to sell leads. So think about this for a minute. Let say that Zillow gets a lead. The first thing that Zillow wants to do is sell that lead themselves. However, they also want to retain their customers, so they are going to use all the info and systems they can to filter out the worst leads so that they are giving their paying customers better leads. Zillow is not always good at this (I know, I have been a customer of theirs for leads at various times over the years), but the bottom line is that they are working to filter out the least useful leads. So once Zillow filters out these least useful leads that they don't want to give to their customers, what should they do with them? Well, if they sell them to a company like SetSchedule, they can still make some amount of money from the effort. Now multiply that by ALL the sources that SetSchedule gets leads from and you get an idea of the quality of the leads that they likely are handed.

3- Reality Check - In cases like this, the usual argument is that if a real estate person is committed to proper follow up, all leads are good leads. Of course, those of us who have been doing this for along time know that is absolute bull.

4 - What I do. I think it is important to know that I do not expect magic results from my lead sources. If you think ANY lead source can drop ready to go buyers and sellers in your lap you are nuts. I would guess that I do more than 99% of agents out there to cultivate every lead I am given. So let me share what that looks like: When lead arrives, an automated system adds that lead to my newsletter list and to an email drip campaign and if a cell phone number is included a text message drip campaign. The lead will receive a text message with 2 minutes and an email message within 10 minutes - all automated. I could be dead and leads would still be contacted on that timeline. The emails continue at regular intervals for a year or until they convert or unsubscribe. The text messages continue for a week and stop if the lead does not respond or asks for the texts to stop. These emails and texts include links to useful information and resources I make available to my contacts for free plus advice and suggestions on how to achieve their real estate goals - so it is not just the constant pestering of some drip campaigns. I have so far not had a single SetSchedule lead come anywhere close to converting into an active buyer or seller. For context, I have a google ad running where I spend less per month and that has successfully converted 2 buyers over the same time period.

5 - Quality - By now, you might have guessed how poor these leads are. However, it is important to point out that even what SetSchedule has labeled as their best leads tend to be horrible. I was recently given a listing lead (which are rare) that was supposed to hot according to SetSchedule. I took it up and quickly learned that the home had already been listed and was pending. This was after SetSchedule supposedly verified this as a hot lead. The more common lead are ones where the lead is completely unqualified to buy. Leads where the buyer is saying they want to spend $250k for a 3 bed 2 bath home in a market where the average price is $1.1Million is the rule rather than the exception.

The bottom line is that this model cannot work because the sources from which SetSchedule gets its leads will be giving them the leads that have already been rejected for whatever reason. In super competitive areas, this will be particularly true. In areas with less competition, I suppose slightly better leads might make it to SetSchedule if there are no paying customers in those areas for leads - but how likely is that to be the case and if so, for how long?

Negotiate these folks down to the lowest amount they will take, then tell them no thanks and take that money and create your own google ad campaign.

UPDATE: Just to be more clear, I am still a customer of Set Schedule. I did not cancel the service, I simply gave feedback after a few months of using the service. I continue to use the service for a full year as I originally agreed. The response from the folks at SetSchedule implied that they thought I had not given the service a full year to prove itself, which is not correct.

Please do not waste you time with this company. None of the leads, even the "verified hot leads" pan out. Most info isn't accurate & if it is they simply hang up on you or tell you they aren't looking right now. Two have even said they are working with an agent already. It was a healthy chunk of change to be given poor, picked over leads that aren't actually leads. I've always been told not to buy leads... should've listened.

This company is absolutely the worst I have ever worked with. They promise you so many good things and they don't deliver on any of them.

I was told I would get unlimited leads. After I took my first 100, I had to give updates on them for a new allotment of 30. The leads - as they sold it to me - are not that. They are not ready to buy and are just searching generally. I am in the NYC area and after 172 leads, none of them were converting. They all told me to stop contacting them and that they felt pressured by the people on the platform. I understand if you want updates, but if you give better quality leads, you would see I am closing deals.

Every couple weeks I receive phone calls and text messages from the company to try to sell me the service again. I am already a client of theirs and they don't even know that I am or care to look. I took a call today and told them I was interested to get the salesperson back on the phone and tell her how dissatisfied I was with the service.

I have asked a manager to call and it has been past the promise of a return call from them. When I spoke with the salesperson, I told her the same thing and she said a manager would be calling. At this point, management calling is literally a waste of everyone's time. I cannot cancel it for any sort of refund and no one is offering me any sort of resolution. I am not even getting leads at this point because I now have to wait 60 days for replenishment which was not how it was told to me at all.

Please trust me when I say your money is better spent elsewhere at this point. Even old fashioned marketing techniques have a better ROI.

Hi Loretta,

We’re sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience with us and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies.

SetSchedule provides almost no leads in my area - so i take leads 60-80 miles from my home. They make a big production in scheduling zoom meetings for coaching. Then they NO SHOW to the zoom meeting they set up. Overall dissatisfied.

Tip for consumers:
the idea is that agents get set up to receive leads from setschedule. paying a one time annual fee. then for each lead they close on they pay referral fee to setschedule of 20% and get a credit of $300 towards the annual fee.

I signed in on April 3,2019 for the silver platform and leads are not as good, why. I get leads that are rental and leases only and I was told by SSchedule that for me to get extra leads on my contract that I have to service those rental/leases and I told them that my contract says buyers and sellers and not renters. I get leads that are below $200K or $300K below, my area, the price range are way above that price. I have not receive my scheduled opportunities of 4... so far no good leads... will update this later... hoping to get something good out of this...
