I ordered a drawer for my Kenmore fridge from this company. Although it was on back order they stayed in touch and informed me when it shipped a few weeks later—turned out that I ordered the wrong part. My fault. I should have let them help me order it. Anyway, I emailed Matt at Customer Service and he helped me find the correct part and advised me on how to return the wrong part. I talked to Crystal in Customer Service and she sold me a return label for $12.25 that would have otherwise cost me around $90 to ship back. They were amazing... They knew exactly what I needed for my store during the pandemic and got me equipment when everyone else was out. Then they made sure to get it to me fast and without any problems. None of my workers contracted Covid despite working as essential workers in close quarters and I believe its because of the air purifiers I got from them. All during the process, it was easy to get in touch with them and speak to an actual person! I highly recommend them!

I needed a part for a older model kitchen appliance that was listed as unavailable on almost all parts sites. eReplacement.com listed the part as on backorder. The wait was several months and they kept informed of the difficulty obtaining the part. Finally came in. The price was very reasonable.
