Please consider another technical Q&A website if you want to gain reputation in the business. In fact, this website has stupid rules. For instance, if your question is too broad, you can get downvoted because some users have thought your question is too broad. If they don't understand what you mean, you can get downvoted and they can put your question on hold. From a score system perspective, even quora is way better. At serverfault, i saw people with huge score and very little knowledge and i still wonder why they have so big scores. Some answers are stupid, some answers don't answer the questions and still get upvoted. If you want to share your knowledge, create a blog.
