ServeAMom

I had found a 50% off ErgoBaby carrier code on CL (first mistake). I was weary of purchasing from this site, but the code worked and I got my carrier and was very excited to purchase more for my siblings who all have kids. A couple months later, my sister's carrier started fraying, so she contacted Ergo directly for warranty purposes. Ergo informed her that the carrier ServeAMom sold her was actually a counterfeit! And that furthermore, ServeAMom was a not an approved retailer of Ergo products. Of course she told me, and I contacted ServeAMom. The company firstly: did not respond within 24 hrs as promised on its site. Second: when it did return my email, said it purchases legitimate products from its wholesalers (lie, since ErgoBaby confirms the carrier was a fake) third: took my carrier back while promising a refund, then never issued the refund and kept the carrier I had sent back. I've emailed them once a day for the past week now, with no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Do not purchase anything from this site. I have proof from Ergobaby that 1: the 360 CoolAir baby carriers ServeAMom sells are fake 2: ServeAMom is a not an authorized dealer of ErgoBaby products. Don't risk it: ServeAMom put my baby, and my siblings' babies at risk by selling fake products. Who knows what else is fake on its site.
