Beautiful flowers sent in a lovely box very unusual mum loved them a little expensive for how many you got buy overall very happy plus free delivery would use again

Flowers arrived in perfect condition tho the vase was broken. I contacted support instant refund. Like I had received reply within 2 minutes. However there was no help in receiving a replacement instead. Kinda needed a vase for the flowers to begin with. Otherwise would have had a 5 star rating.

Recipient loved flowers and they were delivered when quoted. Only quibble is that discount for introducing someone else only applies at that moment and cannot be redeemed later which doesn't make sense. You either want introductions or you don't!

The service and ordering process is good. As the flowers are not delivered to the person who orders them it is very difficult to comment on the quality of the flowers. Not many people will phone up and say thank you for the flowers but they were not good quality. Maybe you should put a questionnaire in with flowers for the recipient to comment on the quality of the flowers.

Have used Serenata a few times in the past and apart from one bouquet which was substandard (and which you replaced immediately), I can only say well done - excellent service and recipient delighted. Can highly recommend Serenata!

First time of using this company. I didnt get to see my order, but my sister said the flowers were beautiful, and the chocs lovely wrapped, and delicious.
Arrived on perfect timing as stipulated. Would reccomend to friends.

As stated in another review there was a delay with delivery due to the snowy conditions. However after contacting the customer services they managed to do there best to get a priority delivery as the flowers were for a funeral.
They were successfully delivered on time and I was extremely pleased with the flowers themselves. Very fresh and beautifully displayed. Just what I had ordered.

Nice simple service, they were able to deliver flowers for mothers day when i ordered just the day before. Only thing that would have been nice is if they didn't just leave them outside the front door especially when my mum was at home, the could have knocked, rang the bell, waited etc when I'd written "be patient" other than that flowers were in good shape and had little vials of water which was nice.

Pros: free next day delivery, flowers arrived in the morning and were delivered to the door
Cons: closed buds (not unexpected but visually not as great as hoped) and a couple of dead flowers but the majority were perfect.
Quite surprised to read so many bad reviews but my experience with them was very good, a nice sized bunch of flowers delivered next day at no charge. Overall I was happy and would use again.

I ordered flowers late for Mothers' Day (having been let down by a very well known company at the last minute) and they arrived on the Sunday at the time they said and the delivery person wished my mum a happy Mothers' Day. My mum was thrilled with the freesias and roses which smelt lovely.
I also ordered flowers for a relative in NZ and had excellent feedback. Having read some not so good reviews, I'd been a bit concerned about what standard of flowers would get delivered but was relieved to hear how pleased the recipients were.

These flowers were a gift as a thank you for a Xmas stay. I wanted to match
The colours to the lounge colour scheme and a vase I had given for my sister. The notification for delivery was accurately, although I had to check as I did not get a response from my sister. They had heard a knock at door but no one there and did not see the flowers. That is minor though, her response was Wowsers what a fabulous colour and was pleased with the presentation. Well done.

Although delivery and order without any issue, the website is lacking communication, but maybe its because I am old fashioned and like to talk with someone rather than just read some FAQ
Flowers delivered quick lovely packed and on time

While I didn't find the site particularly friendly to use, the selection and pricing was excellent and my Mother's Day order arrived before 9am to my mum who lives in the middle of nowhere! Very impressed.

My Fiancée loved the flowers. I thought the delivery emails really quite charming and witty. It was a bit of a shame that the flowers came in a cardboard box and didn't have the presentation bag around them. This was inside the box though. Over-all a really good experience and will likely order again.

Id never used this company before. Always like to steer clear of the big guys. Ordered Monday evening for delivery next day. Flowers were delivered and left with neighbours as requested. My friend sent picture of the flowers and balloon, they look fine, a number had not yet bloomed. She was happy.

Ordered flowers for my poorly mum. Easy to order, decent price, only negative comment would be that the delivery person just put the box through the front gate, didn't press the bell so they only saw the box on the drive by chance and went out to retrieve it. Mum was cheered up by the flowers though and so they did the job.

Ordered Grandissimo bouquet for my daughter comprising of white roses and pink calla lillies - not as many flowers as I would have imagined but looked lovely and were delivered promptly. Good range of flowers and combinations. Email updates and tracking was very well received. Second time I have used this company and would do so again

I ordered flowers for my sister in law who lives right at the top of Scotland and although arrived a day later than they stated- they got there! Its not always easy to get items sent that far and she said they were gorgeous. Would have liked notice that they were going to be late but when I checked with them feedback was very quick.
