It's great you can choose from some samples and trial sizes with online purchases so you can try products you're interested in to see if it works for you or not. Shipping has always been pretty good. Nevertheless, I continued to look for an alternative to this site to get my favorite tretinoin. So happy I found it, just google 'Topa2get' to find a website with a lot of products with cheaper prices. Amazing service! Ordered Friday & delivered at 11am Monday. Can't ask for better than that.
The worst customer service at Sephora Coconut Creek at Kohl's, the saleswomen do not pay attention to the customer's needs and treat customers like fools, they laugh among themselves to say that they do not have the product and do not give you options for something similar, I buy a lot at Sephora online, but sometimes I stop at the store, which I will never do again with such terrible customer service. They should train those workers so they know how to treat customers properly.

My girlfriend's birthday is in a few days and I decided to buy her a present at Sephora. You know, I wanted it to be something special. Eventually, I got her a bottle of some expensive perfumes from Chanel. I ordered it online because there ain't any shop nearby - I was a little worried if the glass won't break. But everything was nicely packed. Well done, Sephora!

I have used this site and been a fan of JCpenny's in general. However, samples and their extra benefits are sometimes now often replaced or just not given at all. It used to be you would get 2 day flash shipping and now that has gone away. I believe it has gotten busier and lost like most businesses the accountability to keep business. I continue to shop but there are at times better prices and faster shipping at other sites now. :)
Love going in to shop around and try new products. Appreciate they toned down the aggressive customer service peeps.
I breed rats, & the products I purchased were a 12 pack of rodent water bottles along with some different types and sizes of bowls to try. The order was quickly processed and mailed, but when it arrived, they mistakenly packaged a single water bottle instead of a single 12 pack, & I was unable to use some of the bowls I ordered (too small or big). I immediately sent Chewy an email with my concerns, & after sending the message after hours, I received a reply from them bright and early the next morning. The correct bottle order was immediately processed and shipped on the next business day.
Honestly, Sephora never lets me down. When I have the feeling that I need to treat myself I jus open their website and make myself a micro shopping day, And it feels amazing. Thank you for doing a great job.
These are among the most effective cleansers I've ever used! My skin appears to be clearer and cleaner.
I had been using another well known cosmetic name for their eyelid primer, for years and loved it. Someone suggested the Sephora one to me, so I thought I would try it. Oh my, what a difference! My eye shadow really does stay on all day! I have oily lids and I just did not think that was even possible. It really is the best, and this is my now new best product!
I usually order my cosmetics online through Sephora since they have a variety of brands. I never had an issue with the order process and shipping. The quality of the brand I usually order is fabulous (Nars, btw). The only issues with Sephora that I have are—the website is over-saturated with useless features and they offer Klarna instead of Afterpay (which I believe they offered Afterpay awhile ago but Klarna is the only option).
When I shop online, I want to easily find what I want and not have to be bothered with features that provide no use (e.g. Community Forum, Groups and Gallery). It's an eCommerce website, not a social media/review platform. It's just too much! People like minimalist layouts that focus on your content, which in this case would be your products.
Tip for consumers:
Sephora uses Klarna not Afterpay so you would have to signup for a Klarna account to take advantage of the pay later option.

I've been a Sephora VIB or Rouge member for many years, and the rewards program is just ok. Ulta definitely has a better program (2000 points for $125 off anytime you want!). I've slowly switched to shopping at Ulta more unless they don't sell specific brands I need.
Sephora Rouge have to wait for Rouge Rewards (2500 points for $100 off), which only pop up at 9 AM PST Tues and Thurs. They only have a limited quantity too. Kind of frustrating that Rouge cannot easily redeem rewards like you can at Ulta. Plus it is way harder to build points at Sephora (Ulta has one 10x points day each year and wayyy more free gifts with purchase too!)
Sephora, please improve your rewards program! Anyone who spends so much at your store should be able to redeem their hard-earned points without so much hassle.
For other aspects, I like paying $15 each year (but used to be $10!) for flash 2 day shipping and receiving online orders fast.
And I've never had problems returning items that don't work out, even if it's for store credit. So I appreciate the great return policy!
I love Sephora but the place can be hard to get threw especially if there people looking at the same brand of products.
I have only shopped at Sephora inside my local Penney's store. I DEEPLY THANK Sitejabber members for telling me to never shop Sephora online. I always rely on reviews, and I do a lot of online shopping, but I will steer clear of online Sephora. The customer service at the store is great, although sometimes a little pushy, recommending a whole lot more of products you didn't think you needed than when you first came in. However, they have many "testers" you can use so that you can see how the products look on you. This is especially helpful for lipsticks. (They have some really great store brand lipsticks.) Nothing is worse than buying a lipstick that's taped shut or from an online picture, and having it look absolutely HORRIBLE on you! I know, believe me, I KNOW! So, if you stick firm to your shopping list, and if you test the products on yourself first, you should be pretty happy. Nothing is cheap, but they do give samples, and the staff is knowledgable.
I often purchase most of my makeup at Sephora so I would recommend to other people always. However, the one downside is that mostly all products there are wayyyyyy expensive especially compared to drug stores. However, this is all high-end makeup so the prices are (sometimes) understandable
I bought my first tattoo concealer from this company. To this day, I still have some. I can't believe it lasted this long. It covers well. It's smooth and I would buy from here again. I could not find this product anywhere else. I will recommend to others.

I love Sephora so much! Expecially that they give you samples each order and if you spent a certain amount you can get a travel size select item! The only thing I don't like is how much shipping is. But otherwise I love Sephora I look at it almost every day, I have a problem

Sephora offers free samples from a variety of products with each order. Most products have customer ratings/reviews, and sales can be found daily. I signed up for a $5 shipping special, which waives my shipping charges for a year. You accumulate points with each purchase, which can be traded in for products.
I've used Sephora for the majority of my adult life, so over a decade. They have all your beauty essentials and the best return policy I've ever heard of. Their Shipping is fast.
Recently their customer store line has become impossible to reach though. Whether you contact them via phone or email it takes forever to get in touch with them which sticks when you've got a missing package.
This is a decent place to buy anything you need for beauty, including skincare, makeup and hair care plus tools. They do always have the latest of everything as far as the top name brands. Ebates gives cash back and you can always use their on site coupon codes to get samples of the latest and greatest of anything you want to try. My only complaint is that sometimes they supplement the samples with things that are totally not relevant (such as men's cologne to a woman or a co-wash product to someone who cannot use that type of thing.) Also, sales are very infrequent and not really worth it. I could receive higher cash back from the brand's main site plus a nicer promo coupon most of the time. Sephora does have their Play box which is awesome and it's totally worth it. That's happiness in a box every month for me. However, buying makeup here doesn't save much money even though their points system is nice for sampling. I'm a member of their Flash shipping which is $15/year however the minimum is $20 or $25 to get a sample of anything with it, so it's almost a moot point to sign up for.
