I am not a long time customer of SEO Experts India and I just bought a package recently for my travel website which is very new. Also, I am new in internet marketing field myself. So, I wanted a professional service when I learned the amount of competition my niche had. There were hundreds of services all over the internet, if not thousands, for me to pick from.

By chance, a friend of mine happened to have worked with SEO Experts in the past and had a good experience. So, I thought lets give it a try. In just 2-3 months, now my website ranks almost 25 times better for prime keywords in such a competitive niche. Infact, they have not just worked on the keywords, but they also optimized my site for faster load times and better crawling. Now my Alexa rank is up too and I cant be any happier!

I had the same problem as Vince above. I cancelled with them due to their work hours conflicted with mine and I would have to wait a day just to receive one email from them. They then guaranteed a full refund since they never started the project. I have now waited a week and have escalated the problem with Paypal, and now they say they are not going to refund the money.

Please save your money and don't use them, they are a fraud. I am sure the positive comments on here are just them trying to pretend they are customers.

We gave this company a down payment via Payal to do some SEO work on our company website but because they wanted confidential information to do the work we canceled the service before any service was started. After requesting a refund numerous times, this company completely ignored our request and kept our down payment. The reason why they ask payment from Paypal is because they know Paypal will not cover non-tangible items

I recently ordered an SEO package from them for one of my small websites. Initially, I observed no changes but within a few weeks the rankings of my targeted keywords escalated quite a good deal. I know SEO myself. It is just that I don't get the time for doing it for my vast network of websites. I purchased more SEO services from them for my other websites and most of them saw a great jump except for an adult website I run. Overall I was happy, their costs are very, very affordable. Right now they're working on my main website (which presents many tough problems SEO-wise and it's taking them a while but they're making progress and I like that).

I outsourced many of my needs to SEO Experts India and although they have done a very good job, they did not use a few practices that are frequently used in this business. For my website, I purchased a PPC service first. I noticed they did not do customized reporting on the time intervals I specified. I have raised this problem to their customer service and they took action in a while. There would be other problems as well, I presume. So although they give good results, theres still a room for improvement and if they can improvise a little more on this, then I feel they should be the best seo company I have come across.
